Everything there wasn’t one thing I didn’t like

The owners were amazing, friendly welcoming overall just lovely family oriented style. The waffles are amazing. I got the blueberry banana waffles. The coffee was good. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were great. Nothing wrong with the rooms. Nothing wrong with the site eating breakfast. You got to enjoy the nature view. The hot tub was great. The pool was great.

The owners were very nice. They served a good breakfast.

Out dated, run down, not as pictured. Noisy, dusty, etc.

An absolute wonderful New England style inn with fantastic grounds, scenery and facilities in the heart of the White Mountains but off the beaten path enough that you watch the hummingbirds at breakfast without hearing traffic in the distance. The owners operators are a sweet couple. The morning breakfast was terrific with custom made waffles and plenty of healthy options too. Great game and reading area. Swimming pool and hot tub. Perfect for couples and families. I have visited both ways. Charming. Rustic. Beautiful. It's like staying at a friend's house for the weekend.

Really nothing. The parking lot is a little bit tight, mainly because vehicles have gotten bigger. Still there was enough parking.

Loved the rustic charm, great amenities from the pool, hot tub, game room and lounge area. Perfect for our weekend trip! Lenea was so sweet and informative!

The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable. Could tell was an old spring mattress, just with a pad and blankets on top, but we made it work.

The hosts were warm and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The facilities were convenient.

Pretty much everything. Breakfast was amazing, staff wonderful, room comfortable, hot tub!!

No microwave

Breakfast seemed matched to needs. Waffles looked scrumptious!! I bring my own breakfast so this doesn't apply. Decaf coffee was much appreciated. Loved the pool and hot tub for kids as well as campfire with s'mores each night - a highlight. Loved the ease and comfort of the lodge - feels like grandma's home. The kids loved having the DVD choices, the ease of using the amenities for kids. All around - we love it here!! The kids request to return each summer!! The hosts make the experience so worthy - kind, helpful, available for any question!

Bathroom needs a deep cleaning.

Location was nice and quiet

The front area needed some attention. Needed to be weeded, looked unkept

We had a lovely time, the Inn was homey and very inviting. The Inn Keepers were like family and even came out to the car to give us a hug goodbye when we left.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool in the evenings and most nights there was a bonfire with s’mores . 😋

We liked the room here and the breakfast. We had one of the larger rooms that had a jacuzzi and even its own porch! It also has a small kitchen so you can make your own dishes. The hosts were excellent! Liked the outside hot tub and the pool that was in its own building. They had a fire pit at night and even smores for the kids. Lovely birds showing up at the many bird feeders.

It is a little outdated, and it was the same thing for breakfast daily, but still very good.

We loved our stay at Old Field House. Rod and Linea was the definitely one of the reasons the experience was so wonderful. Their kindness and personal touch to everything makes it such a warm and friendly space.

WiFi was spotty

The owners were great. Very friendly, did an amazing job for just the two of them. Breakfast was very good, especially the waffles.

There were many things that attracted me to this place in the description, horseback riding, mini golf, water sports to name a few. None of those were offered at this hotel. All that it said was additional fee. Horseback riding and mini golf were not on site and we were basically told where we had to go to do those activities. The watersports were some inflatable games for kids. To me, that was a little bit of false advertising. The game room was in the basement which smelled of mildew. The hallways as well smelled of mildew.

The owners are terrifically friendly, available, and kind.

Clean rooms, well maintained, excellent breakfast, homey vibe, friendly innkeepers, lots of activities for families, adorable furnishings, and little touches that make life easier (like tables outside the room doors to rest something on while opening the door)

Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and sweet, this was our 2nd choice since the hotel we originally booked was horrible. This was definitely an upgrade from that and was happy they had openings for us.

The room was very small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The property is nice just could use a face lift on appearance

A very well kept property right outside of the heart of North Conway. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. The home made coffee cakes, fresh coffee, real maple syrup and of course those famous waffles. The owners are also wonderful kind people. We will definitely be back!

I loved everything - not a single downside!

excellent breakfast, extremely friendly staff, a peaceful, pleasant enjoyable environment, beautiful view, loved the pool and hot tub, hammocks for relaxing, and fun game room, great location.
