The only chairs in the room were small old wooden chairs more for decor and ambience. It would have been nice to watch a little tv in a chair and not from the bed which was a good distance from it. If larger people need this Inn then they may consider other places. Small shower stall was ok for us but would be tough for larger folks. Although the bed was comfy for me, it was too soft for my husband who mostly slept on the floor. On Sunday we tried to get an extra blanket for more floor cushioning on the floor and there was no one to be found at the time.

The Inn was very quaint. The breakfast was very good and the quiet was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a room up on the third floor, so the hike up the stairs was a bit long. Ask for a first or second floor room.

The rooms are quaint, furnished with antiques and nicely comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.

Breakfast was included when I booked. On check-in in was told there would be scrambled eggs and bagels for breakfast. We waited 25 mins in the breakfast room, no staff around, and got nothing. After returning from Portland we asked again and the kind man said it was too quiet to bother with breakfast ! Made us feel we weren't worth the effort.

Bed was very small and very soft. Shower temperature was difficult to adjust resulting in a very hot shower. Unfortunately Old Orchard Beach was closed for the season with very few restaurants or bars open.....avoid going in October.

Bed was uncomfortable due to both of us rolling inwards to the middle as it’s lost it’s support. Only 2 small pillows supplied. Difficult to carry up large suitcases us 2 flights of narrow stairs to attic room.

Breakfast was nice. Room was clean with antique furniture. Toiletries supplied. Parking available free of charge.

There was nothing we did not like. We enjoy sleeping with the windows open when possible and found we could do that here, although additional props to hold the windows open could be useful!

Small room had no closet & stairs very steep, part of an older building. Breakfast was average. Couldn’t get regular TV channels.

Built in 1730 the inn was charming and full of original charm. The owner/manager was very nice and helpful.

There were no tissues and they could invest in better toilet paper as it was very thin.

The location was very good. Really close to the shops and beach. The staff was very nice. The inn has it's own charm which is very pleasing. I would definitely go back.

The floor/ceiling was very thin, so we could hear people walking above us. There were a couple mail heads sticking out of the floor, but nothing too bad. The AC kept coming on during the night, making it difficult for some to sleep.

The room and entire inn were very cute. I liked that it was within walking distance from the pier and beach. It was very close to everything.
