The shower in my room wasn't sealed super well so some water got on the floor outside of it. But there were plenty of towels, so no major issue.

Beautiful inn! Clean, comfortable, and great service. Breakfast was delicious and the space was very inviting.

Neal's hospitality is top notch. Breakfast was superb (we had quiche, roasted potatoes, bacon and bread) coffee and tea are self-service and available all day long.

Quaint and charming, but with updated facility. helpful hosts, good food. up the hill a bit from the busy downtown which makes it quiet and peaceful. I brought my bike so it was an easy ride to get around the beautiful countryside. Have stayed here before many times and will definitely be back.

The property was very clean and picturesque, with a great deal of Block Island character. The rooms were well appointed, spacious and air conditioned. The beds were large and comfortable. The free breakfast was top notch. The location is right near the beach and close to a lot of the restaurants and attractions. Neil is a great host and very responsive.

An orb hasn't found me, yet! ... and I really don't mind using that as an excuse to go back.

The location is ideal for anyone wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close enough to get there in minutes when desired. Go in another direction, and you are close to beaches and walking trails. The Inn is spacious inside and out, with plenty of spaces for conversation or relaxation. My dog was welcomed by staff and other guests, many of whom also had dogs this trip. Breakfast was served hot, in ample amounts, and delicious. The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and was gracious and accommodating throughout our stay (3 nights).

Steps leading upstairs to room were steep, but that was on the historic side of the building.

The decor was so charming, with a nautical, yet modern vibe. The host was very accommodating, and had the firepit lit for us. I loved having coffee available in the common area. The living room was comfortable and we enjoyed conversing with fellow guests. Spacious iand beautiful yard, with pretty flowers lining the walkway. A delicious homemade breakfast was provided in a beautifully decorated dining area.

I didn't like that I had to leave to catch the early ferry... I wish I could stay for more breakfast

I absolutely loved it. there's a common area where you can have tea/ coffee, it's all cozy, there are board games and you can chill with other people/make new friends. The rooms are relatively small, which is absolutely fine and what we paid for, and the common area makes up for it!

Bathroom sink was silly (3 inches by 6 inches). Owner WILL have damage to floor from spillage eventually (I wiped up my spillage).

Breakfast was fine. Location was not on the water (those places were too $$), but considering that, location was sublime.

Neal the owner was a great host ! We were served a wonderful breakfast and enjoyed our brief stay at this beautiful inn. The home was decorated with beautiful art and had a very island vibe.

Great yard with many different areas to relax. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Very convenient since we had a pet to go out a back door in the room to the back yard !

The property is exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, and great amenities. Neal (the owner) went above and beyond in caring for us during our trip. The breakfast that was included was delicious (not a buffet, but table service). The property has a beautiful backyard with hammocks and a fire pit. The Inn is only a 25 minute to town, and on a quiet street. We cannot wait to stay here again!
