With a high school basketball tournament in town the dinner in the lounge was noisy. Hotel staff made no effort to control the mayhem from guests - which as the parents were ignoring the situation - made the meal uncomfortable.

We missed out on our included breakfast because at check in, while we were greeted by a delightful employee, he never mentioned that our reservation included breakfast! We checked out the next day, very hungry, and were asked how we enjoyed our breakfast. I think that employee was as disappointed as we were that we had no clue about it!

Loved the fitness center. One of the best I’ve seen. Loved having Starbucks so close! Loved being walking distance to the Conference Center and New Market area. Fantastic staff except never being told that our breakfast was included!

Slightly confusing layout, but overall nothing to dislike. One thing to mention, there were no lights or light switches in the ice vending rooms so it was very dark and hard to see. Great property!

Super close to CHI convention center. Literally across the street. Also loved the onsite Starbucks and the courtyard off the back of the property had several bars and restaurants.

I was looking for biscuits and gravy but it was not available.

Good. Thermostats make me nervous but ours was working perfectly. The battery needed to be replaced but it still worked. Bathroom was very nice. Valet worked perfectly.

We felt the room rate was a bit steep for what we received. Also very disappointed to be put in a handicap room. The lighting was terrible, the vanity outside of the bathroom was inconvenient, the floors were dirty, and there was no luggage rack.

The rooms were not cleaned well. Had chips all over the floors, in the corners, and under the bed. The toilet was clogged when we got to our room. White sheets had black stains on them and 1 pillow case was dirty.

The property has a chill vibe with attentive staff. Good size very clean room. The chocolate covered strawberries were excellent! Great option to have for guests.

The shower had bad bad water pressure. The floor was disgusting. The sheets and covers had crumbs. The glasses were dirty and had spots all over them.

Found a bed bug in the sheets morning of checkout. The flooring choice in the room is like linoleum, they just push the dirt in the corners and along the baseboards.

The website says that it’s a heated pool, but it was freezing!! The pool is very important to our family, so that was a big disappointment to us!!

Nothing the front door was broke so we had to go through the side entrance and I asked the shuttle if they would take me across the street cause the winter storm and they just laughed it off

I thought for the rate that I paid, I would get a clean room. Instead, there was dust everywhere from the cups to the door to the lamp. Basically everywhere I looked there was dust and again for the price of this hotel per night, I would’ve expected a clean room overall. This definitely made my state feel uncomfortable because from the glasses, ice, bucket, coffee, machine, and other places of the hotel room, it grossed me out. Although I did or not pictures of the bathroom or lobby, I added pictures of the dust and they could only fit three pictures.

I really like the location of this property and it’s such a huge hotel.
