We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe patio doors are very hard to open. And around 5am I woke up to smelling pee or mildew. It didn’t smell like that when we 1st checked in but the smell was so strong it woke me up out of my sleep. Then around 10am the smell was gone again. I’m thinking that room may have caught some water damage from the huge storm we had a few weeks ago. I also noticed there was a shirt under our bed sheets so I asked to have clean sheets put on.
Loved the pool, sitting area and complementary breakfast.

United StatesWaitress was very rude at dinner, we also noticed her yelling at her co workers around her including front desk staff. We waited 20 minutes before being acknowledge or receiving menu’s. She serviced others around us that were seated after us. Bar tender was great but he seemed over worked. The sink in our bathroom was stopped up. Elevators kept stopping had to take the stairs a couple times, closest and freezer door didn’t shut all the way in our room. Food was expensive and not that great.
Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The fitness center and pool were awesome. Beds were very comfortable. I loved the shower and the hotels decor. The atmosphere was amazing!

United StatesUnfortunately due to the very close Freeway the sound of traffic was quite loud and it was hard to sleep. The hotel was fully booked I think as the front desk asked if I could switch to a room with 2 single beds instead of a King (I did not). I believe that an exorbitant charge of $500 for smoking should be mentioned at Check-in or at least in the description of the hotel. Quietly putting it on the invoice is not the way to go. Also, what a joke because no way did the hotel do extra cleaning that was worth $500 due to using a vape pen in the room.
Location was good, near a mall and very close to the Freeway. Rooms seemed clean and our request to have 2 rooms close together was fulfilled.
