The hotel was very basic and the price was high for what was given. The shower was OK, as was the bed, but otherwise facilities were limited. Very limited breakfast. But staff were pleasant and helpful,

The bath towels are a mess.They are like rags. Upon my entrance to the room I checked the towels and they were damp. So I went back outside to ask the service ladies if they could please give me some dry towels and both ladies looked at me with disgust and said " those towels are dry. !" I said "no, they're not and they're so small. I need dry towels." They were hesitant to give me dry towels until the other lady said OKOK. What's going on here !!?? Also they offer a Kuerig coffee machine in the room but no water bottles are there to use..??? Drinking the water from the sink was not an option for me. Contacting the front desk is impossible. There are no phones in the rooms. There is no direct line to reach the front desk. Everything is through the internet. Not a good system here. If I was by myself and I needed something in the middle of the night I'd have to leave my room and be weary what could happen. All in all the bed was good and we slept good.

The bed. The mattress was firm and about 2 and 1/2 feet from the ground which made it easier to get in and out of bed. I had to request a different room because the first room's bed was 12 inches from the ground and super mooshy .

When I got into my hotel all I kept hearing was the cleaning ladies argue and yell at each other … idk if they were short staff or management team isn’t helping them because they kept yelling for hours until my family got there at 5:00 they were still yelling and I got there at 3:30pm… they sounded really upset and stressed… yelling at each other on their own language … Korean? Japanese? Idk it was so loud I was blasting the tv to not hear them anymore …

I didn’t get the chance to eat we got there too late ended at 9am. Got there at 9:30am

Some things that I didn’t like was some of the other customers where playing there music a little to loud. I disliked that there was a little bit of towels and no labeling on the shampoos or conditioners. Other than that great place

I loved the modern look of the place. I liked the pricing of the rooms and how nice the staff was. I liked how they had smart TVs big ones and free WiFi.

The room was okay. There's no standing mirror to see how you look. The room was more of a motel style. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you're on a budget, it's a decent stay. The breakfast was bananas and apples. Don't expect eggs and luxury breakfast. The vending machine only serves coke and small bags of chips. There's nothing "wow" about it.

I liked the updated technology in the bathroom. The technology such as the shower, mirror, and windows is updated

The attendant was a bit rude and wasn’t helpful on making my stayed comfortable.

I ask for accommodations with 2 extra pillows and the guy denied them and it was approved on the booking and usually they do give them but the older man was not in that day.

On the app it looks like a nice hotel, and it's even called Omei "suites." This is definitely a motel, not a hotel, and it's in a very run down part of town. I wanted to cancel once we arrived and saw it, but the staff was so nice, and the room was clean, and we only needed it for one night so we just stayed anyway

Non-working plugs, no side table lights, loud, bright, no privacy, overpriced.

Check in was easy, shower was totally bizarre and a hoot while we were there. A regular old motel, did the job. The staff was great and check in was super easy.

Everything was broken or breaking the bath tub took long to fill up it wouldn't act correctly to much upsetting little need a better plug stopper for the tub water to stay inside the tub
