All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were in town for the Georgia Tech football game and extended our stay. We utilized all the facilities, pool, gym and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

RomaniaOne of the main reasons we'd booked the hotel was because I'd wanted a spa day, so it was really disapointing to learn that the spa was closed on exactly the days when I'd booked - the spa is apparently only open Wednesday-Sunday. I also had an interaction I did not appreciate with a spa member - having arrived on Sunday afternoon and learning about the spa schedule from reception, the front desk employee told me the spa was still open on that day and they still had enough open spots for massage so I could at least try for that evening. However, when I got to the spa, an employee rudely responded that they were closing in 20 minutes and that front desk was misinformed and then dismissed me and walked away without saying too much extra. This really set the tone for me for the rest of the stay to be honest. Had it only been the disapointment of the spa schedule, would have been one thing, but this was not pleasant, especially after having previously stayed (and briefly even worked), in Omni properties and I know this is not the expected standard of behavior and service. And just to conclude, it is very weird that a hotel that is marketed as high end would not have a spa that is open daily. All in all not a good value for money, as they also did not have a sauna.
The location was nice for what we had planned, I liked the 2 large pools very much and spent quite some time there. The room was decent size and comfortable with a pool view, though we would have prefered a mountain view.

United StatesThe ONLY negative was the one machine at the gym I wanted to use was broken- the Stairmaster step climber.
The hotel was very nice- clean and updated. We had 2 kids with us and they loved the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is in a nice area- very safe- we were able to go on long walks each morning. It is in an area where there are a lot of office parks and condos, but it is convenient as a base to do all things CO. We did a trip to Pike's Peak, RMNP, Boulder- it was a good central location and then we came back and spent the late afternoon / evening at the pool.

Even though this is a high-class/nicer hotel, my wife and I found a deal for our anniversary. We were treated no differently than any other person. Clean, comfortable, and restaurants on-site. Loved this place

United StatesOur particular bathroom door handle did not lock, and the fan didn't work. The pool next to the hot tub was out of service, which was a huge bummer because my daughter was looking forward to swimming close to me while I sat in the hot tub. We made it work, though. We did order breakfast one morning, and bacon was very tough like leather. These are all minor issues that would not stop us from staying here again. The staff hospitality, hotel decor, and comfortable room more than made up for it.

Unfortunate and very disappointed. Also they are currently updating. Bad paint smell on our floor entire stay. Lastly, our favorite in hotel breakfast/coffee shop was closed. Maybe due to renovation (?)
