    Wi-fi should have been included with the room cost. Access to streaming is not user friendly .

    Room smelled of cigarettes. The food in the restaurant was very poor. The WiFi log in makes you agree to pay before you can joint Omni rewards into to get free WiFi. Feels like a con.

    Great location, friendly staff, large room, comfortable beds and pillows.

    The bellman was difficult to understand although he was trying to be helpful. We asked for change to provide a tip and he acted confused trying to keep a $40 tip. We were trying to exchange for smaller bills. Yet he did not know how to count change back to us. It was obvious he was trying to keep $40. Eventually we worked it out. But it can be very uncomfortable when the bellman is expecting tips this high. WE only had 2 luggage, 2 coats and 4 shopping bags from the car to the 8th floor.

    The rooms were clean. The hotel overall was beautiful. Disappointed in times that the restaurants were open/closed. However, there were many places to eat but you had to leave the hotel. Loved the view. The hotel registration staff was professional and kind. Valet services was great. Car was delivered within minutes. Team was professional.

    For years I stayed at the Hilton. I am so glad they were booked - the Omni is my new go-to.

    I think all of the hotels in downtown Richmond are overpriced.

    The front desk staff were very efficient and personable. The happy hour provided in the evening by the fireplace was wonderful.

    My room had peeling paint on the ceiling. Netflix casking sometimes didn't work and Omni members should have the fastest wifi speed. Also, the last 2 hours for the pool should be adult only.

    The staff is excellent, professional, and yet warmly friendly, especially Chaunnette, that always makes me feel like the Omni Richmond is my second home. Also, Shote's Fountain was amazing holding down the front desk and making my guest experience personal! Also, I love the location, the shuttle service, and the pool.

    Parking is ridiculously expensive. There’s a charge for WiFi. There was hair all over the ceiling of the bathroom.

    Great location. Beautiful lobby and well kept rooms.

    The beds were more firm than I prefer.

    The hotel is lovely and in a great location downtown. Really enjoyed having a restaurant downstairs to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.

    The hours for the on location restaurant were not convenient.

    Quiet atmosphere with nearby places to casually dine. The front door staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The location is walking distance to the Amtrak train station.

    They put girls field hockey players on the floor with other patrons. Many other hotels but business and leisure on different floors from school or athletic groups.

    It’s in Shockoe Slip and you can walk to restaurants and pubs. On one of the few walk around areas with a Hotel.

    The pool should be warmer and it needs a mini upgrade.

    The location was excellent close to the train station, shops and restaurants.

    For the amount of the money that the people pay to stay at least try to have cheapest parking for your customers, because $40 dollars everyday for 24 hrs is rough. Is you try to have better parking offers that is more money we can spend in the hotel services like spa, meals, restaurants, ect.

    The double beds were pretty tight for two full grown adults; I could not comfortably fit 4 people. I was also annoyed that the hotel charged for WiFi access and we often found that getting our car from valet to be slow. It took 30 minutes on one occasion.

    Hotel was clean and staff were very accommodating and courteous.
