Continental breakfast with mediocre. Common areas were showing where and tear lounge area chairs broken down in a little dingy.

Only complaint is the sand leading out to the beach and around the burn pits needed cleaning. Cigarette butts, bottle caps etc.

Clean and fresh smelling. The location wash great. Pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. The staff seemed happy and they were friendly.

The room was humid when the AC wasn't running, but it's right at the lake so I'm not sure that can be helped. The vending machine wasn't accepting money so that could have been better. Otherwise, things were great.

The room was well priced for the location and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there for a festival and it was only 4 minutes from the park, and with a pool and beach access it was very relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic, even if the pancake maker takes a little bit of work to get it right.

Cleanliness, was meh. My tub was dirty and sand on the floor in the bathroom, also a towel hanging on the door from the previous person. For the price I won't complain. I've stayed in worse. I enjoyed my stay. I'd go back.

The room had not been vacuumed and there was trash on the bathroom floor. The curtains were off the hooks so we had to fix for privacy as we were on the first floor. The frame for one bed was askew so there were bars sticking out which could be dangerous and toes were stubbed several times.

Great staff and location. Beautiful beach and the pool area is well maintained and enjoyable. The mattress was comfortable with clean bedding. Breakfast was in a nice spot. The refrigerator was very nice.

They only had one of our two room reservations on record and had to make a call to someone to get a second room approved. Also had to wait 40+ minutes to get our rooms as they needed to be cleaned!!! We were checking in at 8pm after a late afternoon of golf. Not sure what happened between Booking.com and the hotel but it was embarrassing for me as I booked the 2 rooms for me and 3 buddies. 2 of us had to share a king bed as the double rooms I reserved were not available.

No housekeeping service during my 5 day stay, nor did I ever read about no service. Asked the housekeeper for a change of towels and to empty the trash, but had to go to the front desk for more towels after they left. Breakfast was just so-so.

The room was dirty, outlets and lamp did not work on the night stand between beds, a dirty band-aid in the corner of the room, mildew or mold on the bathroom ceiling and wall, the light when you walk into the room did not work, gunk in the bathroom sink, and dirty towels hanging from the back of the bathroom door.

Finding old blood stain on the bed, the plugs are lose and the curtains were missing some hooks oh the bathtub needs to be cleaned alot better then it was you can see it hasn't had a deep clean in ages

The hotel is located right on Lake Huron. There are tables, fire pits. There is a pool as well. The scenery is beautiful!

Many work crews were staying at the hotel. They left trash and garbage around the doors and it was piled up for days. The stairs were never vacuumed and we stayed 7 nights. The ac unit barely worked in the room.
