Spacious room

The carpeting was so dirty! When walking bear foot in the room, it was sticky and so dirty the water turned black as I wash them. Had to keep my shoes inside the room! Mainly this hotel definitely needs a refit. We never got the room service ! Only once in 10 days! I changed the sheets myself and took the garbage out.

Location, pool / hot tub.

Our bathroom floor had broken tiles, walking on them was literally unstable as they lifted up and down depending where you stepped. The toilet would not flush all the way. We had to take the top off and fill the water up higher by lifting the float because it wouldn’t fill properly, and then even after that it still slowly flushed and not everything would go down…

Staff was responsive and helpful.

Our initial room was disgusting. The floors were filthy. We had two children with us that played on the floor. One is less than a yr and cannot walk. His knees, legs, feet, and hands were black after 5 mins of crawling. We all had to wear pants, socks, and shoes to walk around and play. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke. The second room was an improvement but floor still blackened feet and the kids legs and hands while playing for a bit.

Dirty, noisy, broken floor tiles in bathroom, mould on in bathroom, dirty fridge and damp carpets that stink.

Terrible breakfast, eggs hard not much fruit to choose from. Shower flooded all the way to front door. No tv or WiFi was informed by staff but was almost at destination, and couldn’t book another hotel in that short notice

Ants in the room and toilet didn't flush completely. There was a mix-up in booking rooms. Someone knocked on my door after 9pm saying my room was his.

Close to Hwy 80 and easy on/off. Near restaurants and bars! Clean and normal breakfast items, but nothing fancy!

Elevator was broken and ice machine on second floor! Very noisy as we were near an entrance door that slammed while guest ran in and out all night and again at 5 am. Also that door did not lock! I had to ask for soap and toilet paper, beds were very hard! And Ihate small pillows! Luckily we were just there one night. Also no one available for check out!

Staff was pleasant. Location was close to my business. Being close to Walmart helped me a lot.

2 days after I checked in the elevator went out. I was not offered a room on a lower floor. I am a senior citizen and had hip replacement surgery last year. It is very painful for me to go up and down the stairs. I was able to have hotel assistance bringing my suitcase down when i checked out. I would not have been able to do that on my own. Other items:: the sheets provided are polyester - My skin reacts to poly, so i had to go to Walmart and buy cotton sheets, and then have them washed for $4 at the guest laundry. There was a liquid on the floor around the night stand - sticky and stayed wet for many days. Other part were sticky too. Suggest the entire carpet for that unit be deep cleaned. There was a brownish liquid on the base of the toilet - housekeeping did come and fixed that situation. I tried to use the hot tub, but it was so dirty my skin became itchy after just a few minutes. Not able to see more than 12" into the water. The hallways were extraordinarily dirty the 5th, 6th, and 7th - guessing many people were out for the holiday. It was embarrassing to see the bad grammar on the Elevator Out of Service sign.

Had to get rid of a few insects. Only one small bar of soap for both the sink and the shower. No towel for the bath floor.

The poor guy at the front desk told us their cable and wi-fi were out, and he had no idea if or when they might be back. No big deal. Then as we got to our room, a band started rocking out at the bar across the street on our side of the building. They were going to play until bar closing time. It was very loud. We asked to be moved to the other side of the building. We didn't hear anything from the hotel staff for a half hour and nobody answered the phone when we called the front desk, so we decided to suck it up and stay where we were, and we got ready for the pool and hot tub. My key card would not work to get into the pool, so I went to the front desk and found out from a different guy that we had been moved to a different room in the computer, but we were never told that. The new guy at the front desk switched us back in the computer. Be sure to check the bar's schedule and hours or get a room with an even number which are on the opposite side of the building. We found somebody else's leftover pizza in the refrigerator. A discarded crumpled tissue or something was on the hallway floor from the time we checked in until we left the next morning. Breakfast had decent options, and the sausage gravy was pretty tasty. The windows had sheers with no blackout curtains covering them so you are up with the sun.
