Well it’s a lovely place, love the hot tub. But maybe because of the location. I can hear the sound of cars clearly. But that’s the only disadvantage I can see. It is comfy the hall is clean and decorated. Nice

GPS took me there driving north, but another visible sign on the east end of what initially seemed to be a dead-end driveway at Hansen Road, with an arrow pointing left, would be helpful. Especially true for a first-time visitor.

Nothing - all was perfect, above any expectations

Our stay at Otter Creek Eau Claire Altoona was nothing short of amazing! We only stayed for one night, but everything exceeded our expectations and made us wish we could have stayed longer. This place has a uniquely romantic charm that instantly sets the tone for relaxation and connection. What stood out the most were the thoughtful free add-ons – complimentary sangria, beer, and a variety of snacks were waiting for us, which was such a delightful touch. The backyard is huge beautifully landscaped, and complete with a cozy fireplace – the perfect spot to unwind under the stars. We also loved the breakfast we ordered – delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options. Beyond that, there are so many pleasant spaces to explore throughout the property, each with its own vibe, whether you want to enjoy some quiet time or cozy up with a drink. This place truly has it all – wonderful ambiance, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional attention to detail. If you’re looking for a romantic escape or just need a peaceful, memorable stay, Otter Creek is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I'm pretty spoiled by my mattress I think.

Great communication from this property. HUGE breakfast menu for a b&b. The room was so cozy and comfortable and had all that we could need or want. Various snacks and drinks available downstairs, even after check-in. We enjoyed wine, popcorn and a movie from our bath. :) Comfortable furnishings. We didn't use the outdoor area much, but it's also very pretty and has two fire tables that looked nice - and there's s'mores stuff if you want it!

I have always wanted to have the Otter Creek Inn experience when coming to Eau Claire , and this year I was able to have it. It is quaint, quiet, peaceful, and a real unique property not to be missed! Amidst a community filled with standard motels and hotels, this lodging is truly a quiet repose for those of us seeking an opportunity to re fletcher and energize. Delightful and very accommodating staff.
