If you are looking for amenities this isn't the hotel for you. The walls are thin so you are hearing and smelling the neighbors in the next room or above. In our case it was both. Older hotel but, we made it work.

The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The customer service and attention to vacationers was great. The room was clean. Room service did miss us one day. The photos are true to the hotel. I was not caught off guard but my husband was.😃

Our room smelled a lot like pinesol and was a little hard to air out. The bathroom had no blinds in the window but faced all the walkways and parking lot. I hung a towel for some privacy for a shower.

Loved the ocean views. Everything was very clean.

The couch in the living room was not very comfortable and hurt my back. I was a little let down by the sand bags in front of the beach house. I understand why they were there, but it was unexpected I guess.

The beach house was large and the kitchen very complete, easy to cook in. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Our view was blocked by the row of buildings in front of ours. We had 2 cars, there was a reserved spot for one, the other one had to park a ways off. The TV worked intermittently, but we don't watch TV anyway. Loo

Would have been nice to have a ceiling fan on the porch to allow for using the rocking chairs and viewing the ocean but without ventalation even with windows open it was very hot. Additionally, the internet was intermitten at best which caused some issues with booking other events. Due to it being a bit late in the season the restaurant choices were limited and be prepared to overpay for the food that was available.

The room was extremely small. There should be a designated spot for employees to park. The cleaning lady parked in our parking spot several times that week.

We didn't have to walk far to the beach.

The wifi just did not work and the people at the reception did absolutely nothing except coming up with new excuses. Real bummer as we kind of relied on it because mobile data is pretty expensive for non US numbers.

The room itself was not bad. It was missing a window blind in the front window.. we had to hang a towel in the window to keep others from seeing in, but we couldn't see out either. We would've liked to have left the door open to make the room feel bigger but couldn't because the screen door didn't fit in the doorway. There was about an inch gap at the bottom of the doorway. We didn't want to invite any mosquitoes in. Or any other guests for that matter!! That being said, the room was nice. It was very clean and had plenty of towels, etc. One of the outlets didn't work, and the other on the same wall only worked when the big over the table light was on. We loved the view from the room. The view was beautiful, and that made the little annoyances a little easier to bear. We definitely paid for the view. Had it not been for the view, the room would've been way .overpriced. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay.. I would book again for the ocean view.

The WiFi never worked and all the outlets on the bottom floor were near the ceiling.

The location was perfect. The room was great with a full size fridge in the studio. Being close to the beach and pool was perfect.

Beds were a bit squeaky and I wished we had coffee for the first day but it was close to a store so we were able to get sandwiches and snacks and enjoy the beach.

Right on the beach. View could not be any better! Affordable. It looked better in person than on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised.

The beds were very uncomfortable The shower had zero pressure and you couldn’t adjust the head The tv channels didn’t work only like 5 channels worked… the channels that didn’t work said it was a disruption in my service please contact manager… There should be curtains in the patio to have privacy from your neighbors… there shouldn’t be a window in between the patios it should be a curtain or a wall… I get like my neighbor was in my face everytime I went out.. just didn’t like not having privacy when I went out to smoke a cig… Needs to have the out shower fixed…. We weren’t able to clean off after the beach
