There is no A/C, which made it a bit uncomfortable with the hot muggy air. Each room did have a ceiling fan though, along with plantation shutters which helped keep a breeze going at night.

The green trees, wildlife (birds and lizards) and rooms were all so beautiful. The apartment we stayed in had two floors, bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and kitchen/living upstairs. It included three patio spaces and plantation shutters in all the rooms. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.

I had contacted the property several times requesting a paid receipt. I was actually told by someone named Needa who said she was manager and I was told they don't send receipts. Also when I went to check in with my family so as to make sure all was ok when they checked in and they verified my email . I still never received a receipt.

Convenient property next to the Kiahuna Plantation by Castle where we were staying. We booked this 2 bedroom condo as we needed this size for our adult children as we gathered for a family vacation.

The AC unit only being in the bedroom, made being everywhere else, unbearable . The living roo. Was boiling hot no matter how long I left the AC unit on for. The water pitcher in my room had mold on the filter, maybe check in to that.

The location was supreme and the parking being so open and plentiful was amazing. The room itself was very visually pretty.

I did not like that there was not a pool on property but the grounds were nice and the beach was close.

The check in process was easy and the room was as described. There was extra beach equipment in the room that made it nice for going to other beaches besides the one accessible on property.

Everything was great. We did have to change rooms as my husband has bad asthma and the heat was too much and he needed a unit with ac. We were accommodated quickly and the front desk was super helpful

Overall property is nice. There is no AC, but it was not too hot with fans on. My biggest complaint is freezer was broken, we reported first night. No one ever came o fix. Many mosquitos inside unit. Not sure if a hole in a screen or just property is overrun.

Nothing in particular. The prices left a dent... But that's true of all places in Hawaii! :( . Nothing new! At least, here we had a good experience after paying those prices.

Nice, spacious, clean, and well-appointed apartments. The lanai is a highlight. Very close to Poiu Beach (5-10 min walk or 2 min drive).

The room was not clean. It had bugs & the shower glass had never been cleaned. The entire apartment was vintage 1960 with very limited utensils. Relative to the the rest of the complex ( grounds etc ) unit 103 bldg 17 was and is very subpar. I suspect the owners have never spent $1 upgrading it since it was constructed . I would advise others to not rent this unit until the owners take a bit more pride in it Cheers John

The Moir garden. Property if 35 acres was lovely. My location was loud. Cars on the main road and screeching in the lot. In addition the neighbors above woke me every day at 4-5 am with so much stomping and it continued throughout the entire day each day. That was a nightmare.

This reservation is a scam. I booked an ocean view room with additional costs and ended up in a room that had a view of a hedge and the Sheraton in front. I pointed out that I had booked an ocean view room and they told me that I had to book a front view room which unfortunately was not among the options on Booking. They offered to change the room the next day, with all the inconveniences of changing the room, with a room that still had very little view of the ocean. The third alternative was to pay an additional 125 dollars a night to go to an ocean front option: In addition, the room was dirty. The cost of 600 dollars a night is the same as that of large hotels in the same period. I am Genius 3 plus, I called customer service who did nothing to resolve the situation. In short, this place does not even remotely resemble the one proposed. I attach the photos to show the ocean view room (!) and how broken and dirty was.

Steep stairs, both exterior and interior to the unit. This would have caused me not to book if information or pictures were provided. Lack of basic essentials, such as salt and pepper. TV directions were missing and difficult to access cable. Gnat issue could have been addressed with providing ACV under the sink, as a choice.

The unit was pretty outdated despite the bathrooms and kitchen being updated. We had gnats covering our towels and found 3-4 cockroaches during our stay. The carpet was crunchy/crusty.

The location was on point. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.
