The water/hot water could use some work, maintenance was attentive to this complaint however.
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is excellent at offering services through out your stay without being disruptive. Upgrades that are being made are closer to the “luxery “ Mark with LED and heated mirrors, waterfall faucets, etc. Evening hours are quiet.

The faucet looks modern but floods the whole sink. Sometimes less is more! Some lights were not working, room could have been a bit more cleaner. All in all, decent stay for a good price though!
Bed was comfy, everything was quiet. Good value for the money I paid.

It needs a lot of updating and maintenance needs to be better. The light bulb inside the hallway was not just burned out but look to be missing.
It was clean no bed bugs which is a plus.

Stairwells and rooms had an unpleasant odor. The stairwells smelled like cigarettes, the rooms smelled stale and musty. Towels were like sandpaper Breakfast was dismal, even for a Continental breakfast. First morning had two types of cereal but no milk, and a few small muffins. Second morning, one type of cereal but there was milk, no muffins but a couple of pieces of bread to make toast. No tea bags, juice didn't seem to be fresh.
Room was clean, especially the bathroom, bed was comfortable

The breakfast options were not good- beverages all tasted bad and milk was sour. Food options were limited and stale. The mattresses were too firm.
What made the stay satisfactory was the cleanliness of the room and public spaces which was the most important detail for us as we just needed somewhere safe and clean for cheap.

There were people in other rooms and the hallway late at night and throughout the night being very loud and slamming doors. The employees didn't do anything about it.
It was clean and had alot of room. The employee was very helpful with getting the TV to work.

The shower was difficult to control. Nice pressure and easy temperature control but the spray head wanted to spray out of the tub, leaving a puddle on the floor - but not a big deal, really

Next time I am going to go to the property to pay with my card so I don’t have to deal with the mix upon the fact that I already paid.
I paid through booking.com and the manager didn’t understand that I had paid already but ones booking.com called her and explained it everything got figured out and my stay was pleasant.

It was quiet. And the staff at the front desk the guy was great.
They didnt have B-fast there.i couldn't get the room warm. But the people that work there are very helpful and friendly.

they didn’t plow or shovel the snow. the snow turned to ice and they didn’t spread salt on the ice either. it was dangerous to walk to the car.
the place was clean, neat but blah. It was near a good restaurant though.

Mildew on bathtub caulking. Not much attention seemed to be given to thorough cleaning. Parking was somewhat limited.
I had a very pleasant check in. I slept well after I removed my hearing aids.

Was a fluke for sure but we had someone knocking on our door twice during the night playing tricks. Mgmt did take care of the situation but their explanation was a bit lame.
There was no offer or suggestions of any type of coffee or continental breakfast though it appeared there was an area equipped for one. Would have been nice to be able to pick up additional coffee the two cups in the room were adequate but not enough for a person who drinks 2-3 cups in the morning

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Would have been nice to have a hand towel and wash cloth for the sink.
Nice clean rooms. Pleasant staff. Beds were comfortable.
