They said they did not have a room when I had already paid & confirmed my reservation twice the day of. They also are not giving me a refund! Scam!

I got to the property and even tho I booked the hotel months ago paid in full Ang had confirmation they didn’t have a room so long story short they tried to ruin my day now I’m waiting for a full refund I feel this property is running some kind of scam do not book spend extra money before you have to drive 30 mins to find another place to stay

I drove 4 hours to get to the hotel only to be told my reservation was cancelled, no prior email, no text, no phone call to let me know that my reservation was cancelled. I had booked 4 days ahead of time only to be disappointed by the hotel. Please save yourself the stress and double spending by avoiding this hotel at all costs. Imagine having to rebook a hotel on Friday night, the price has been doubled.

Could not stay after making a reservation online. Clerk said computers were down and had been all day. If prepaid, call customer service. I tried and got no answer. Should have prevented the reservation if the system was down

Had to wait until 730 to get deposit refund had to wait to find an associate who was not there so I did not receive refund until almost 8 o’clock. The facility was dirty. Everything was old. There’s holes all through the wall. The bathtub was coming apart. Had two refrigerators apparently one was being stored inside my room does she swear disgusting and was unable to get a refund?

Everything. This place and the next one to it (RED ROOF INN) are the "Ghetto" Hotels of Waco. Even though I had a confirmed booking, they said they did not have any rooms available. This has got to be a joke. I drove 10 hours to get there only to be told they have no rooms available. A room I had booked & paid for. I want my money returned to my account immediately. Ended paying another hotel because of your mistake.

Nothing, I made reservations a month prior and arrived to be told they did not have a room for me,no one contacted me to tell me this.I would not have even made the trip if I had been contacted. The hotel did not contact me and booking.com did not contact me!
