We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe only reason I didn't give this a 10 was because the staff was nice enough, but a little pushy. I guess it was a timeshare. We were rushed through the check-in process, and she was nice enough, just a little fast, so we had to pay close attention. You couldn't get your parking pass from her. You had to go to a second room where they tried to sell you on taking a tour to sell you a timeshare by offering a gift card or free show tickets.
The location is great once you figure it out. You are in the middle of Branson between Branson Landing and Silver Dollar City. The pool was nice, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The room came with a full frig., microwave, and oven. Everything you needed to cook and eat. Great view from the balcony!

United StatesThe beds were not great, lumpy and hard and the sheets were very rough and scratchy. There was a continuous drip from the water heater. The toilets were very low and shower water pressure was not great. Faucet in kitchen leaking on countertop.
It is clean and well maintained. Big condos, beautiful and quiet views from balcony, kitchen well equipped, lots of space and all the amenities needed. Love the pool! Went there everyday!

United StatesMaintenance had worked on the water heater and left it open. We had our 2 year old grandbaby with us and she could open the closet door where it was. So that was kinda scary, but they did come back and close it
