We were close to everything. Only took a few minutes to get to where we were going. The place was clean. Beautiful balcony over looking the pool. The bedrooms was a nice size. Was very quiet. We didn’t hear any traffic.

United StatesThe first 2 nights, the occupants in next room played TV loud, were talking extremely loud & closing the doors hard. I believe it was room 711B. Going from the parking lot to the room, the top set of stairs were easy to walk down carrying our things. BUT, the lower set of stairs were pretty difficult to walk down & up carrying our things. We had to stake 1 step at a time going up & down that lower stairs. The Building #7 was a bit too far from the entrance. The prices of the rooms are getting a bit pricey for us Seniors, so we do look at prices when booking our stay. We will be back in Branson in December, but your prices were higher than at Fall Creek, so we booked our stay there.
Very clean rooms, comfy bed. Our room location was quiet after the second night. Since we are Seniors, we really needed a room location without stairs such as 1st Floor in Building #1 or with an elevator & cart to haul our things up to room as Building #5. We prefer Building #1 or Building #5 as our choices since they are closer to the entrance.

United StatesThe door hinges could use some WD-40. They squeak loud enough to wake up anyone that is sleeping. The thermostat didn't keep the room as cool as we had hoped. Working with Booking.com wasn't my favorite thing. I had a hard time understanding the reps when I spoke with them on the phone. I was on hold way too long with them. I don't know if it was something I did wrong, but they had my first and last name switched.
