TV didn’t work in unit 11. in game room, Most of the games didn’t work properly and or parts of the games were broken. Also we paid originally to get early entry but there was two strange people that we believe we’re on drugs in our room with a lot of stuff…. so that was a really strange first impression but luckily we were told we would be refunded for the early entry fee, we left to go check out pier 60 and when we came back in a few hours, the place looked and smelled clean. cleaning lady was nice.

Really these are just minor details, but it would be nice to have had some sort of shelf in the bathroom since there is no vanity, just a sink. They only other inconvenience was that I stayed 3 nights and I’m a coffee drinker- well there was only 1 pod in the kitchen & I only ever found 1 pod in the game room in 3 days. When I had asked the housekeeper for coffee, she told me to go to the game room, but I told her there were none there- I had just checked. So then she reached into her the cart & gave me one. I asked for 2 since I was staying another night. It was just bit of a hassle to have to search for coffee each morning. I’m not sure why it’s like that as these coffee pods can be bought in bulk. Lots of people drink coffee in the AM & since they only make 1 cup, seems like 2 per room per night of stay would be standard.

Nice location at near a peaceful neighborhood. Spacious room & free parking right in front. There is also a fantastic 24 hour diner nearby with a very extensive menu.

I feel like I was over charged. I booked the room for $149.15. then when I get there they want another 80.00 then another 50.00. that is 279. for one night I don't think 🤔 that's right. I will not be back for that price or refer this place to my friends and family that come and visit me that is way too much.

It needs more details. Like hooks on the walls, there were no instructions to know the tv remote (A Roku one) it's the one to use the tv. Coffee maker is on top of the fridge but no sockets there, so I have to put it on the floor under the tv to use it. I couldn't get into the room with the code provided, so I had to walk a little bit far with a flashlight to find the lockers that hold the keys of the apartments. For that, I also had to wait for another code.

Location, bed, big closet. Windows in the room and bathroom. Nice gameroom. Very quick response from the owners in every inquiry. And there were a lot. But they are able to solve almost everything remotely in an effective way.

This is not a 5 star hotel. It's a motel. I needed a place to spend a few nights and drive around. The room was clean and had all that needed. Beds and linen were surprisingly soft. Stuff responsive

The AC is in the kitchen and didn't find it cooled the room well. The TV didn't work.

They do charge a $25 incidental to your card every time you make a transaction through the office which I wasn't aware of. I had three pre-authorizations for $25 on my card until after I checked out and was home. My only problem with this is they were never mentioned when any of the other charges were added. So it was a bit of a shock to see three of them. Also a disadvantage is no microwave in the rooms which I did not realize until I was standing in the middle of the room with my food to be cooked.

The place was very comfortable. I enjoyed the quiet. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. The mattress was too soft and was curved. But there was another bed so I slept there the other night and was better, but since that bed is against the window, my wife didn’t want to sleep there.

It’s very clean, easy check in and check out. Very well managed. Good amenities, easy access to Tampa and Clearwater beach.

Exactly as described. Clean and easy. There is no need to even check in or out. They send you your key code and it expires at your check out time. Super efficient as we got in late and took our time leaving. Dog friendly for a small $45 one time fee. I'll be back here if I'm back in the area!
