We could not get the hot tub to work and that was the only problem we encountered. Everything else was wonderful.

The views from the balcony were amazing!! Cabin was nice and clean. We loved the theater room and beds were comfortable.

Cabin could use a few updated amenities like a keurig, better cutlery, TV remotes didn't work well and refrigerator. The fridge wouldn't cool and we had to call maintenance but they came and cleaned the coils ans it finally started to cool down.

We loved the views. The cabin was spacious enough to accommodate us all. Comfy beds, movie room, hottub and pool table were great.

When the toilet was flushed upstairs it sounded like someone beating on the wall downstairs. It was vey loud! Could use a little more deep cleaning.

There was a few things that broke like the back of the fan and a few seats in the theater. The first floor room was tiny and the parking spot is way smaller than what the pictures suggest.

The view was great, hot tub was clean and working. There was a lot of room for everyone and the movie theater was a good place to hangout.

Overall everything was great except, every rocking chair outside front and back were covered in bird droppings, the windows were not cleaned in some time.

We arrived 4hrs before check in and they were able to get us in. This was very helpful!!!

It wasn’t clean, it was hot and couldn’t touch the thermostat, the water pressure is to high with no way to adjust it, the dishwasher is broken, the kitchen sink leaks from the faucet, the front door doesn’t have a way to lock it from the inside and the frame is broken, the top and bottom shower holds water while you shower and there’s no blinds in the living room except one window.

The only problem my guest complained about was the water coming out of the shower heads a bit too hard. This was the upstairs and first floor bathrooms.

The whole cabin needs a DEEP cleaning. It was so dusty.We had to clean fans before we could use them and the ceiling fans look like it was snowing when we turned them on. Bad dusty. The floors were so dirty our kids feet were black from walking around. Windows needed cleaning they were so dirty, and the balconies had spider webs all over them.Just really needs a good cleaning. Parking was very tight.

No breakfast it was a cabin Location was not bad but the road was very steep and winding. The view was beautiful.We watched the fire works from the balconies.

No blinds on the windows which resulted in the sun coming in making it really hot in there and not being allowed to touch the thermostat. The road to the cabin was horrible. The shower head was not adjustable and the water was really strong coming out which hurt.

BLACK MOLDY Washing machine used on site to wash bed sheets. Or the blankets just weren’t washed!!Black Mold in Shower along with hairs. Clearly not sanitized. All the blankets filled with several types of hair. Broken door on microwave that fell apart when opened and hit me in the face. Tried working with management to resolve and make whole, no response from management that even comes close to resolving the issues. Spider bit my daughter on her hand in her sleep, because of the countless spiders and webbing behind all beds in the house. Could not use the hot tub because of it being filthy-smelt like “rotten eggs”. Several other things you have in file. We were refunded the cleaning fee and the hot tub fee. But at this point we have stayed in the phone for over several hours and have requested to talk directly to the property manager that clearly does not respect us nor our business! We would like further compensation for the time spent dealing with this poor service on our vacation!

The place was not the cleanest. Half of the theater seats do not recline. The surround sound in the theater does not work. The dvd player in the theater does not work. There was no strainer in the kitchen. The amount of trash around the outside of the property was disgraceful.

Faucets are still leaking, windows were filthy and saw a roach in the kitchen. The worse part is that we did not have any heat the first night. I contacted vacasa and they said no maintenance were on the premises and it would be tomorrow before they could come. It was 42 degrees outside and it was very cold in the house all night long. Very disappointing.
