Their safety, and cleanliness and breakfast were amazing. They knew when we went to eat in the same time they cleaned our bed and restroom. For going up their elevator needed to scan room card which means others who weren’t hotel residents couldn’t come to floors. Their breakfast was with a very distance the best. They had all kinds of food for all diets with lots of fruit and vegetables.

Some of the furniture could really use an upgrade: The armchairs looked visibly dirty from so much use that no amount of cleaning would help. The restaurant service was hit and miss at breakfast: some waiters were very friendly and fast, some were just not.. The valet parking worked well on the first 2 days via SMS. Had to walk to the desk to request my car for the rest of my stay.

The location of the hotel is great. Reception and bell desk staff were really friendly. Rooms are clean and bathroom facilities up to standard. Elevators were surprisingly fast, considering the size of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the restaurant within the hotel was very expensive. Two breakfast meals can easily cost near $100. The daily valet was also pretty steep. You are better off leveraging public transportation and researching nearby restaurants for food. The location has a vast amount of sketchy folks around. That is beyond the hotel's control but something to consider.

The location is definitely ideal if you want to be in Union Square. The hotel itself had so many bells and whistles.The hotel offered a ton of amenities including restaurants.Tons of food offerings nearby as well. The gym was larger than my company's gym and was super impressive. The staff was sensational. They recommended great bakeries, and breakfast spots.

Overnight parking is very expensive and not a safe neighborhood. Would rather pay a bit more for my room and get discounted parking.

I wish we would have had a higher room with a view. Our view was the roof of the 2 buildings next door- somewhat disappointing. Otherwise the room was a little dated and outlets didn't work. Had to move the coffee maker to plug into the TV because the one it was on didn't work. Bathroom very outdated.

I will stay again because the location can't be beat!

The water was too hot in the face bowl. I almost burned myself a few times. I had to just use the bath faucet.

No hot water to bathe! Water was warm only in the faucet to brush teeth, wash hands or face. But to bathe/ shower, water NEVER got warm or hot. That was AWFUL. I had to take a cold shower because I was sweaty (stinky) and had to get ready for events and meetings.

I didn't like that. The pool was around the corner at another facility and I did not like that. It was an additional $40 for breakfast and the parking was so expensive. I hated that I was almost $100 a night

I like the location. I did not like that. The swimming pool was all the way around the corner at another facility and I didn't like how it was an additional $40 per person to eat breakfast. It should have been included. I did like the $35 Day credit that was cool. At least it was to cover coffee and juice
