The cleanliness was very subpar stuff all over the walls and burn holes in the blankets from a non smoking room and it was falling apart. Also the first day there was no continental breakfast second through fourth days they only had cereal, a few slices of white bread two package muffins. Very disappointing the amount of choices and not having much there for breakfast compared to other motels in the same city.

The Location and the staff were kind and friendly excellent Guest service!!

Nobody on the staff spoke or even hardly understood English Reported a missing remote and nobody was sent The office was locked up tight in the evening but the entrances to the rooms anybody could walk right in, no locks what so ever

Didn't like the staff, was rude and weird. Didn't have anything we asked for or didn't want to look for it. The bed we slept in did not look like a queen at all! Won't stay here again!

My door did not latch, it was easily unlocked to open. This concerned me because I was alone.

The front desk & my room was dirty, ac barely worked, no breakfast & there was a language barrier with host so I wasn't able to get refunded at that time. There was what appeared to be blood stain in bathroom & on parts of wall

The door key only worked half the time. When I went to tell them the first time the man at the desk spoke to me like I was dumb. The new key still didn't work. The hallway was so hot and when we got to our room it was unbearable. It took about 45 minutes for the room to cool off after we turned the AC on. Breakfast was your choice of 2 different cold cereal, toast, yogurt (one flavor), and some pre-packaged muffins. It shouldn't even be advertised as breakfast. There were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot and we ended up with little kids across the hall that kept running to their parent's room next door to us. Very disappointed. I will never stay again.

The place was gross couldn't shower.. couldn't use the phone in the room to call front desk. They offered to discount our next night's stay then charged full price.

I booked room 3 weeks before . They overbooked and canceled my 2 rooms, 2 nights LESS than 24 hrs before checkin. I called Wyndham help line and they searched and in minutes found me 2 rooms IN THIS SAME HOTEL. .THEY CHARGED ME 50.00 MORE FOR MY ROOMS. I needed the rooms otherwise would NEVER HAVE STAYED THERE. And after finding the cockroach I should have just slept in my car. Very Rude when canceling the room and never even tried to find me a new room. When i complained they brushed me off and would NOT let me speak to the manager while on site and while calling many times.

Did not eat their after I found a cockroach in my room . Room was filthy.

The property had bed bugs. the staff was horrible. the property had a Oder of urine. the staff slept on the couch in the front entrance area. everytime we left the room and returned the door was open. the staff was incredibly rude. there were no towels the whole stay. once checked in they required an extra $100. definitely don’t recommend.
