We asked for two bed, & lower level because of health reasons & an extra blanket. All that was available when we got there was one bed & a cot against the wall by the Tv.No cup, ice bucket, nothing but a fitted sheet on the cot & a thin blanket, coffee maker but no coffee, the receptionist didn’t understand ver little English,

location is a dump, rooms are filthy and to top it off they racially profiled my crew! We are a moving company, so we travel delivering household goods. All we ask for is a clean bed to lay our heads. These beds had blood stains with a touch of what looked like urine spots all over the mattress followed by roaches all over the restroom. When asked to be moved to another room the other room was as filthy as the first. I had enough and decided to ask for a refund and move to another hotel but management is refusing to refund because of their policy, so what about their policy of a safe and sanitary establishment for their customers. A healt inspector is definitely needed to go inspect that establishment and Booking hasn't been very helpful at all either. I believe it's faster to contact the US president than these guys. I still want my refund though 😤 we use this site way to many times to not get justice.

There is no breakfast. There is no coffee. There is no coffee makers in room as in property photos.

The mattress felt like a futon mattress. The heater wouldn't stay on nor would could you change it from 60 degrees. I had a thin blanket on the bed, so I froze all night long and couldn't get any sleep. Total waste of money.

The room was dirty. The fridge had clumps of dog hair inside, bedding full of cigarette burn holes even though it was a smoke free room. Bathroom was so small you have to squeeze between the toilet and the dirty tub to close the door. Behind the bathroom door was dirty. Possibly boogers, hair in the tub. Almost completely used roll of toilet tissue and absolutely no soap, neither to wash hands or shower with. I asked for a handicap room to accommodate a handicap family member and this was not it. Staff was unfriendly and inconvenienced by check-in and check out.

Price, roaches, staff entering my room without knocking at 9am, very dirty

No Breakfast or coffee. Was woke up at 9am by staff entering my room while I was still asleep to ask if I was staying over. Didn't like that at all or understand why he entered my room at all! Paid $90 and it was very dirty and the wifi didn't work. Also had roaches everywhere and stains on sheets. Very dissatisfied!

When we got there the bedsheets were not changed. There was no breakfast or coffee. The showers hardware were falling apart. Water pressure and temperature were fine. the lights were too bright and no lamps were available. Too expensive for what we got.
