The room was on the small side.

Some of the best staff in 50 years of traveling. The location was outstanding, the best view of Diamond Head in Waikiki, the beach was across the street as was Kapolani Park and International Market Place in easy walking distance as was the Zoo and the Aquarium .

No water glasses or proper cups in the room, or tea makings only coffee with paper cups.

Air conditioner making noise first night. Technician (Michael) came next day and replaced AC motor and thermostat. Exceptional service! Great free coffee in am.

Room needs upgrade. Paint chipping in bathroom, and curtains were torn.

The fire alarm went off early in the morning and then canceled, only to come back on a few minutes later and canceled again. It came back on, but this time, everyone gathered in the lobby. We sat there for several minutes, probably thirty or more, before returning to our room. The worst part was that the fire department never showed up.

The room, as well as the hotel itself, was excellent. No one could ask for a better location. Being that close to the beach provided beautiful scenery.

Parking for $50 a day was way too abusive. I recomend to seek options on public parkings such as the Honolulu Zoo or the Waikiki Music Shell if you're comfortable with a little walk. My booking said that I had breakfast included, but actually you just got a $15/day voucher to the restaurant nest door. The problem is that $15 won't get you a meal there and we always had to pay extra (usually almost double that price) for a simple breakfast. Housekeeping only happens every other day.

The view is absolutely stunning and that itself makes it worth staying. Highly recommend booking either shore view or Diamond Head view rooms. It is located by the end of Waikiki beach (near the zoo) and you get to be close to the main beach in Honolulu while also not in the most crowded part. We had complementary rentals of beach equipment, which was quite a nice surprise and staff was very nice to us.

Outstanding Location. Great friendly staff as they met our requested needs. Cleaning crew provided accurate service and had smiles as we walked by. Delicious coffee and what I enjoyed the most was the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and paddel board.

The only reason I wouldn't give it a perfect score is they were having issues with their fire alarm going off in the middle of the night (which appears to be somewhat common based on earlier Google reviews).

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Park Shore Waikiki. Other than that it was almost perfect, the rooms were nice and clean, the pool was nice, the location was great, staff was very helpful.

House keeping was abit random and when they did come soap etc weren't filled ,but no biggie.

Arrived from nz and they checked us in early which was really appreciated. Nice touch with free sunscreen in lobby. Buses at the door and lots of food places handy. Would stay again

The alarm waking g you up at 4:20 after just crawling in the bed. It went off three times. The last one was around 5:15, no since in trying to get back to sleep at that point. Between the alarm and the inconsistent messages, whether the alarm was real or false.

The view from our room was a bit boring, it was obstructed with another building but realistically, we did not care much for the view anyways as we were not in the room too much.

Location of Park Shore was extremely convenient for travel. The beach was just outside of the hotel, alongside the other stores. Yoshitsune, on the main floor was extremely good and well worth the money as long as you're able to appreciate it.

The rooms are very dated and things like the lamp shades and curtains are very worn. We booked this hotel because it states the breakfast is included however this is very misleading. You are given a credit note of $15 per person to use in the restaurant next door, food is great but it doesn't cover the cost and so you still have to pay towards breakfast. We thought this was unfair as we had booked the room on the basis that 'breakfast included' meant we wouldn't need to pay extra for this.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location to Waikiki beach and the zoo. The pool was nice and there was usually loungers available.

Just a little bit tired and dated, which is only a very small negative point.

The location- so close to the beach it was a terrific spot. And zoo was just across the road. Perfect for little children.
