Price was right.. near everything you need. It's an older facility, but was very clean and comfortable. Mary Ann's Diner in walking distance for breakfast, very good, very busy. 2 minute drive to Tuscan Village, great place. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The rooms are not soundproof. The walls might not be thick enough to block out loud noises from neighboring rooms. If it is stormy or windy outside, you can hear the cracks around the door or windows. There might not be a clothes iron or an ironing board in the rooms.

Low prices per night for big rooms. Ability to fully refund up to about 2 days before the reservation time. Plenty of parking. Fast check in and check out process. Rooms big enough to fit a sofa and queen beds and medium sized bathrooms and a second bathroom sink. Friendly staff (including the front desk and cleaning crew). Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the inn. Just off the highway. Located in a quiet town. Safe and protected by frequent local police patrol. Clean room (including a clean bathroom, beds, towels). Enough hot water for longer showers. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom comes with a working hair dryer. Two big bathroom wall mirrors. Closet comes with enough hangers to hang your jackets and clothes, and a luggage rack. Nothing seemed broken. The cable TV (an older flat screen), WIFI, outlets, single cup coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, both sinks, toilet, shower and tub, and lights all worked.

The interior is dated and had wallpaper coming away at the seams but everything worked. The heating unit is noisy but you can switch it off.

Very central with excellent off street parking. Good sized studio bedroom with settee double bed good wardrobe and cupboard space. Had coffee making facilities with fridge and micro wave. Bath had overhead shower. Bed was comfortable. Very easy check in with a very basic breakfast of juice/ coffee and a doughnut to set you on your way.

Was a little surprised, I thought for the price, it would be a dump. But I was completely surprised. Very clean and check-in was a breeze. We asked for recommendations for dinner, and the staff was very helpful. Wish we had longer, a lot to explore. Only draw back was that the entrance key was a little hard to use. You had to wiggle it a bit. Other than that, I was very satisfied. A truly good bang for your buck.

Its a straightforward motel that offers really good prices. I stayed overnight here on my way down to Boston's Logan Airport to pick up some friends. Not fancy but no complaints!

Breakfast donuts were a bit disappointing.

No bars or anti-slip pads in the tub. Whatever was there didn't work. I was nervous to shower.

The facilities are very clean and the place is super quiet. The hotel is well located, close to shops and restaurants. You'll have coffee and donuts for breakfast and also, there's a small coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room.

There was only a couple of things that we would like to see next year. There where 4 of us included in the booking but only 3 bath towels. Also only one spare roll of toilet paper. We couldn't get the TV to work on Live TV and lastly, we only had 3 coffee pods the first day and when they made our beds, nothing got replaced.

We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking forward to returning next year. The location was perfect, the cleanliness was great. The Front Desk clerk was very pleasant.

Nothing included for added value. Tiny bottle of shampoo and a cheap bar of soap were the only items in the bathroom. No lotions, conditioner, toothpaste, etc. No snacks or bottled water available. Just a nice, clean room, and that's it.
