Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWhile the staff only cleans rooms when asked it might be nice to swap out towels every 3 days or so.
The breakfast was put out early each morning and was self-serve and there were many choices of baked goods, cereals, eggs, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful garden to enjoy and even to eat in.

United StatesI didn’t like that there weren’t screens on the windows, and I didn’t appear to have control of the temp inside the room. Sound from the hallway doors was noticeable at times. The TV had Roku but I couldn’t figure out how to access local channels or any streaming services.
I loved the facilities even in the common areas. The beds were so comfy and sheets very high quality. Shower had high pressure. Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly. The place is top knot ch and very comfy. I really appreciated the local touch and the travel books by the fireplace in the main lobby were so useful during my trip. I wish I could have spent more time here.
