Poor knowledge of the property, poor communication— I asked for a view of the bay and got the parking lot; I asked if there was a 110V outlet so I could charge my car & were told yes, but there is no outlet. I asked for 30 min delay from checkout and put out the “do not disturb” sign- housekeeping wasn’t informed and knocked to clean at 11.

Convenient location, and it is on E Grand Traverse Bay with a very nice beach

the only thing that could be different is to put the liquid creamer in the rooms instead of the powder. I know that sounds real picky but that was the only thing wrong.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and it provided continental breakfast which is a factor in staying there, it was not offered this time and we were told it is seasonal (but this is the same time of year we have stayed before) Also, the restaurant in the hotel is just eh. Would not eat there again but they do offer happy hour drinks to take to the beach

The location is great, especially liked the lake view room. We appreciate the city bus service that takes you into downtown area.

opened balcony door and was inundated with insects. answer from staff. “it happens”. and i was handed a can of RAID to kill them. it was disgusting and no offer to help or clean up from the staff

The drapes, carpet, and balcony furniture need to be cleaned. The front desk staff are not very friendly. They speak when you speak to them.

We loved the room. The bathroom shower was amazing. The water in the shower and bathroom sink was piping hot. It was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable as well. The drinks and food in the restaurant were delicious. The bar staff and servers were very friendly. The view of the beach from our room was breathtaking.

A bit pricey!

The room was nice. The staff was friendly and helped with a suggestion for dinner. We had the breakfast (extra cost). It wasn't fancy but was convenient. The hotel was right on a beautiful sandy beach. The view was lovely.

The pool was a bit cold. The room faced the highway which was loud on the weekday. Certain small things such as coffee maker, sink drain were broken which was a problem.

Older facility. Bed was okay but not great. Shower had just enough water pressure. TV didn’t work. Breakfast not included.
