Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe floor in my room wasn't swept. The beds had gray stains on them. I asked for pool towels but instead of giving me some the front desk clerk told me I had to bring towels to him before he would give me any.
The only thing offered for breakfast was pop tarts 😞. The juice machine was broken. The coffee was watery.

United StatesWe didn't get clean towels and rags. We was told we had to wait till morning. Then when morning hit we still had to wait. When we got towels that evening we was told there wasn't any rags and wouldn't be till morning. Couldn't watch the TV because there wasn't batteries in the remote and TV won't turn on without using remote. Smelled like Marijuana the whole time when walking outside.

United StatesThe picture on booking is old. The property was trashed. The walls in the room had holes in them. The TV didn’t have a remote which made it difficult to turn the TV. The elevator was broken so the rooms couldn’t be properly cleaned. The pool outside was trashy and ice cold for it to be 90 degrees outside.

United StatesBoth pools need to be cleaned. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool. The floors in the room were dirty. I almost fell off the toilet because the seat was really loose. The bathroom fan was very loud.
The woman who checked us in was wonderful. Smiling and friendly. She also allowed the pool to stay open a little longer so our grandson could go swimming.

United StatesThe beds were a bit more firm than we are used to, but we did sleep after our busy day in the area, so they were not totally uncomfortable. There were no top blankets for the beds, as in comforters for extra warmth. It would have been nice to have a separate desk and microwave area. A small tabke with 2 chairs for a card game would have been nice as well, but i know room spacing is limited in many hotel accommodations. The microwave door button was tricky and made me wonder if it was partly broken as some of the rest of the room. The indoor pool was quite small. The outdoor pool would have been nice if it had been cleaned and ready to use and seemed to have been filthy for quite some while. The splash pad would have been nice if it had been accessible. I would have enjoyed the bathtub more if it had a working stopper. I would have liked the room more if it didn't already have cosmic flaws, non working main room light, torn shower curtain, flawed floor coverings, and a decorative unhung mirror in the floor as we did have a crawling toddler with us, and jolly rancher or gummy candy stuck to the floor suggesting that cleaning was not through. I don't usually comment negatively as I understand I am a budget shopper, but this hotel was misleading, like a false advertising disaster. Also, when I made a comment to one of the parent companies' associates at another related venue, they made light of it, like, since i was a budget shopper, I should expect inferior accommodations and that I should expext nice photos with less than real life representations as part of the less luxurious stay options. This experience makes me prefer my on-site hotel shopping experiences, perhaps, more than the online or 3rd party concept.
I liked the low price. And the use of an indoor pool. 2 Queen size beds were nice. A bathtub is always nice in an out of town get away. A small to mid-size TV was tollerable. The microwave was tricky but worked. The refrigerator was small to mid sized and in working order. Free wifi and parking were nice.

United StatesWe had to go to Walmart to buy towels and wash cloths. We were told they didn't have enough towels and wash cloths to give us. We had no coffee pot in the room. We had to go buy our own toilet paper. Housekeeping never came into our room to clean or fill anything. We couldn't sleep with all the noise of people yelling, screaming down the hallway. They would be running up and down the hallway yelling. Our bathroom tub wouldn't drain. We were going to ask for our money back to go somewhere else, we didn't think we would be able to get our money back so we stayed. My husband heard a guy complaining about his room not being clean and got his money back. We should have asked for ours back. We will never stay there again.
That the hotel was close to everything.

United StatesNo full breakfast as advertised on booking.com. Burnt old coffee and same old granola bars. Not even any cereal or orange juice. There was no bucket for ice had to put ice in plastic bag I had. TV was hard to set up. Kodell did help us with that he was only nice and informed staff member. Front desk clerk took 30 to 40 min per guest for check in. The $75 cleaning or damage fee should be included in the price of room. There was no bedspread on either queen bed. Just 2 sheets and a thin blanket. I had to fold covers in half back on top of me to be covered properly. No coffee maker or iron in room. One pool was slime green. Had to get more towels and bath cloths which Kodell gladly provided. This young man is only good staff member at this location.
The bed was comfy. Room fairly clean. It was quite.
