Only think we did not like at all were the pillows. Really really small and uncomfortable. I strongly recommend bringing your own pillows or, better yet, having the hotel switch out the cheap small pillows for good quality ones. Also, the refrigerators need to be replaced with ones that actually work. I say refrigerators because I heard several guests complaining about the refrigerators.

They don't make the beds. We stayed for 5 nights, and I wanted fresh bedding or at least to have our bed made! The 2nd night we were there, I went and asked for our bed to be made, but it wasn't. The next night, I did the same thing! Finally, that next morning, they made beds. But that was the only time! They kept trah cans emptied and towels stocked. Our last night there, when we came back to our room, 2 towels were left on the rack when they'd been giving 4. They hung a stack of wash rags on the hand towel bar. They tossed 2 hand towels on the sink area. They tossed some of their toiletry products on the sink area as well, even though we hadn't touched them the whole time we'd been there. The ones from the beginning were already on counter. I'm guessing the housekeeping staff were in a hurry. Besides the beds though it was pretty nice all-in-all

It was pretty nice. The rooms were very clean! The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They offer a good selection for breakfast. We didn't eat because we usually don't do breakfast but when we went down to get coffee, everything looked good. It was a great location. We didn't have far to travel to get to any attractions! I loved the private balcony!

Location is close to everything, only downside is that they had the old car show this weekend and the street was loud late into the night. Other than that and the bad coffee (really needs to improve, tasted just like water with coloring or should I better said lacked taste). Other than that, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The halls were very long with lots of turns. There was only one elevator at the end of a very long hall. Being senior adults we could not walk to the room assigned to us and had to request a different room. Also, when we checked out we found they had added a$100 extra charge that we were not aware of. That made me angry!

Heavy room doors designed to shut themselves but they slam fairly loud and could disrupt sleep...but never a big issue.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions. We liked the breakfast provided. The evening we got there the person at the front desk made sure we could use the firepit. Very relaxing after a long time on the road that day.

There was coffee stains on wall, a booger on bathroom wall, what appeared to be candy stuck to porch. Maintenance team trys to fix things, but not correctly. The bathroom sink cabinet was broken, the towel rack was broken, the charger on wall was broken, the draw in night stand was missing, and a broken panel with exposed wires. Light was out when you first walked into room.

Bed was clean, balcony, smelled clean, heated pool, free breakfast, parking on site. I gave an 8 rating because I have stayed at far worse, however I am more critical to a corporate hotel, listed in dislikes.
