The menu doesn´t give you many options, it is very limited. The cleanness of the rooms was very bad the first day, but then after complaining about it is was solve immediatley.

The hotel is beautiful, great location, friendly staff. The pools are perfect. The valet experience was great, overall this is the best place to stay in Key West.

We have requested room cleaning which was not done. There was also unpleasant smell in the area around our room both in front and in the back garden area. Fortunately inside the room and on the pool it was ok. The whole idea of valet parking only is very inconvenient as well.

We had a great stay in the hotel. There are 4 pools, which is very convenient. Pool area is clean, there is adult only pool as well. Free shuttle to city and to the beach is available and great to use. There is a microwave and a fridge in the room.

We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious and clean for our group of 8. The staff was super attentive and kind. The location was close enough to Duval street, but far enough away to have a peaceful moment if needed. The views from our hotel room were beautiful.

The queen size bed was too close to the back door which made it a little tricky getting outside.

4 pools, hammocks, beach sand out your back door and sunset pier! It was close to town and had a grocery store across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Grove had excellent food! We were not disappointed. Will go back again.

I was there for seven days and for a week. I love the music in the morning all jazz. It was great, however around 11 o’clock it was all that loud party pumping super loud music and the same playlist every day. Also, it’s hotter than Hades there the pools close at dusk. You can go to the Grove pool and swim, but it must’ve been 105° terrible pool temperature. Everybody we saw complained about it.

Even though parrot key is on a busy corner, you don’t realize it once you’re inside with all the walkways tucked in between trees and bushes that scale so high a very cool at Molly

The daily resort fee and parking fees are high, especially if you don’t calculate them into the total.

Room was nice but there was no extra chair or loveseat…just a bunch of open space. There is nowhere to put your clothes unless you hang them. There’s no dresser…just a cabinet that hides the fridge, safe and microwave but a couple teeny drawers under those but still. Housekeeping never came once to replenish anything. We got in the adult pool and 10 minutes later was told to get out (8pm-ish) because they were closing it and we’d have to go to the main pool so we did but the water was freezing!! So we left. That was very disappointing because the adult pool should stay open.

The atmosphere is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the pools and The Grove eating area are both awesome.

Don't love the required valet to park in the adjoining parking lot. Makes for a hassle when they are busy and also if you just need to grab something out of your vehicle.

Staff was friendly, atmosphere was very relaxing, location is very convenient, cleanliness, and bar/restaurant food and drinks were great.

The airco wasn’t working well on the top floor. Our Villa was right in front of the water sports center so always lots of people standing around our rooms and therefore a lot of noise/people talking loud. Also the busy street was very loud in the villa. Our first time to Key West and didn’t enjoy that too far to walk to the old town. Didn’t like that only valet parking possible. Prefer to pay a fixed price for the parking but able to drive in and out when I want instead of having to ask/wait every time. Especially if you need the car to get into town. Too much and loud music at the pool areas. The service at the pool bar not too great (misunderstood the order) and the bar top was very sticky.

Liked the size and the look of the villa to accommodate five people.

Pools needed more cleaning and it was a bit outside of town. They offer shuttles but the times weren’t very convenient (no good times to take a shuttle into town for dinner).

Beautiful facilities, friendly staff, comfy beds, nice rooms, had water fill ups all over, good sunset views, plenty of choice for pools, and towel/suncreen/water stations so each pool.

Hidden charges - resort fees and compulsory valet parking when one can go and park the car themselves right next to the hotel.

Very resort like feel with big rooms, each with a balcony or patio. Four swimming pools is an awesome idea.

The mandatory valet was ridiculous. The hidden resort fees. The cockroach in our room by the little refrigerator. The fact it was right next to a Walgreens took away from the atmosphere.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pools were great and so was the restaurant.

The plastic plates and glasses in the restaurant and bar. The food wasn't great. The extra daily resort charge of $48 for each day. which i was told was to cover the extra amenities on the resort, like the shuttle bus, towels etc. All of which they list as complimentary or free, which isn't true, and quite disappointing. The music was a tiny bit too loud round the pools.

The place was well designed and laid out really well. It's a very pretty resort, with a very chilled atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the beds really comfy. The numerous pools are great and the adult only ones a bonus. The shuttle service to and from town a nice touch.

Gratuity seemed a bit much--would prefer to make tip decision especially in view of having paid a Resort Fee/Tax each day.

Property was layed out well and convenient for us. It was very quiet afterhours. Food was very good.
