Very family oriented environment. Will recommend to others.

Breakfast was great . The host, who lives in the house, was very kind and provided us with water and fruit for our journey by car.

The home is comfortable and very friendly. I stayed in for dinner and was cooked a fantastic paella complete with wine and an after dinner drink. Thank you Patucas!

I only stayed one night, but I truly wish I could’ve stayed longer. José and Patricia made me feel incredibly welcome, like part of the family. Everything felt so genuine and caring. The dogs were absolutely adorable, and José prepared an amazing breakfast that made it even harder to leave the next morning. I felt at home, relaxed, and looked after. Thank you both so much for your kindness, your generosity, and the beautiful atmosphere you’ve created. I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance!!!

This stay wasn’t originally planned – we booked it around 10 PM. Even at that late hour, we were warmly welcomed by Jose and Patricia into their amazing home. We had a nice chat and a small bite to eat and drink. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept like a dream. In the morning, Jose prepared excellent eggs for breakfast. After that, we said goodbye and continued our trip to the Everglades. This place is more than just accommodation – it’s a home you’d love to come back to. Thank you!

The place is great! Very clean and super friendly. The owners are awsome. We had a great time! There is a room with separate bathroom and a bath. Pets are lovely too. There is a great place for the trips to Miami, beaches and Everglade park. We entered the house, received beer, dinner and we immediately felt like home :) 😀 The communication with the owners is super smooth. Highly recommended for those who do not like to spend a lot of money for expensive hotels in Miami. Parking is free - on the street but the area is very safe. We came late and they waited for us with dinner!! Wow!

No such thing. You need to like animals and do not be alergic to cats.

We received a very nice welcome. Free parking, good breakfast, good room.

1) Friendly households. They really make you feel at home. You can have fresh and delicious food with them, grab a coffee, go for a walk, play with dogs, enjoy a quiet sleep, exactly as you were a family member here 2) Tasty breakfood. Josemanuel is very good at cooking. The tuna sandwich is the best I have ever had. He even gets up early to accommodate your schedule. 3) Cute pets. I love playing with their pets. They are all friendly and stay with you quietly. I even had a night walk with the largest white dog. That is the best memory of my stay here. 4) Good location. 10-min drive to Univ of Miami and 30 min drive to Everglades NP (shark valley). It is better if you have a car, because there is no public transportation nearby.

Breakfast was great, a nice and healthy homemade mushroom omelette, and last night a delicious choclo soup that really hit the spot after a long day. Thank you Patricia and Jose Manuel for making us feel at home.

Directions to the house.

The owner met me at the airport as soon as I arrived and made the whole experience exceptional. The house was spotlessly clean and I was very comfortable in my room. He is a very likeable man and made me feel at home . Remarkably he even provided me with a cold beer and snacks which were very appreciated after a long flight. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the early morning with Ava his beautiful dog.

Hosts were absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and I was happy to pay a little more for an extremely late check-in. Also their sweet dogs were absolutely gracious!. They are the best and i would definitely stay again in the future if at all available.

When I arrived at Patuca's I unfortunately felt quite sick. Jose Manuel was incredibly supportive and treated me like I was family. He almost "force-fed" me to make sure I was doing better and gave me medicines. This is something I had never experienced before at any guests's house. I felt like I was a relative he had not seen for a while. I cannot praise JM enough for his warm and supportive character.

The owners were fantastic. Extremely nice people that welcome you into their home. They provide a transportation from the Airport and to THE cruise line
