One block to the west towards Hank Arron Blvd is a poor, and rundown neighborhood. This is where you go to catch one of the nearest buses. You pass the homeless sitting on abandoned furniture in the middle of the sidewalk consuming alcohol. I returned late a few nights around 10:30 having to walk through this area from the bus stop to the property. It is not well lit, and can be concerning to the pedestrian when walking through. I’m happy to say that each time I walked to,and from the bus stop It was incident free!

I don’t have a car. I really appreciate that the Property is on two bus routes. It is a 10 minute bus ride from the Greyhound station. My stay was quiet and uneventful. I met one of the cleaning staff, and she was very cute, helpful, and friendly. The house is clean, and it’s appearance is kept up. All of the facilities are in working order. Maintenance is kept up on the property. Entering an exiting, the property is easy and convenient.. There is a Publix supermarket four blocks away which is very convenient. To the east is a very old, and well preserved neighborhood that continues on into Grant Park. It is filled with beautiful tall,and mature trees. Lots of two story houses, and friendly people.

I was very nice and comfortable. I like the locks on the individual doors. You had a pass code to get in the house and it’s just a nice house. He did a great job.

It’s not so much something I didn’t like as just something to be aware of. There is only space for one car in the driveway, so if you get here later you will likely have to park on the street. This wasn’t an issue for us because we were able to park on the street right in front of the house.

I honestly was a little nervous about my stay as I didn’t realize it was a shared space, but it surpassed my expectations. The place was so clean and so nice! There were other people staying in the other room(s) during our stay but the only time we could hear them was when we first arrived. Our room was very spacious and perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

No soap, shampoo or conditioner. Had we known we could have brought some. The listing gave no mention of this. By the time we realized it was too late to find a store so we used the liquid hand soap provided.

The house itself unfortunately can be very noisy if you have house mates. The walls are thin, the door in room two must be repaired (too noisy when closing). Also, much better if you have the car because there is no grocery stores at walking distance.

The room was big, sunny, with TV, a private bathroom and very nice balcony. If you need something like extra blanket or hairdryer, they bring you right away. Also, the house is close to the airport and in a nice residential area.
