To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceThe hot tub in the apartment was not working.
The location is amazing. Litterally on the beach (where you can see rays and dolphins), with splendid views from the balcony. Luminous and spacious apartment, well-equipped, nicely decorated and comfortable. The swimming pool with spa was perfect after a day at the beach.

United States of AmericaWe were not told until after booking that the pool area would be closed for decking work. That subtracted an amenity expected. It rubs one the wrong way not being told up front 'before' the booking. An unexpected plumbing issue (a leak in a main) caused the water to shut off for some hours during our 2nd day. Things break at inconvenient times and repair was made as quickly as possible. Generally the unit is well maintained and clean. There is black mold along the caulking in the primary bath shower. That has been reported to Vacasa (Vacasa has an office directly across from the Pearl). The unit has a bit of wear showing, but again, seems to be well maintained. Everything worked. Nothing was broken or in disrepair. One exception to 'everything worked' is water for the kitchen sink. Zero hot water from the faucet no matter how long you let it run. That was puzzling because at the same time there was plenty of hot water to be had in the bathrooms. Last note. There are 4 televisions in the unit. It was difficult operating any of them to simply watch the local news. We did get the news once on a TV in the primary bedroom. The main living area has a large screen TV, with 4 remote controls in a basket and a channel information sheet. There is no written instruction to navigate watching. The on screen menu does not yield a connection to television channels. "Clear as mud" is my take on watching the unit's televisions. We gave up and did not try again. Wi fi is the saving grace. The wi fi is good and we connected our devices easily. We streamed our news reliably. All was good. We do not like giving a 7 rating. For the price paid expectations were higher. This is a good stay overall. Some corrections are in order.
Unit 306. Location is #1 like. Directly on Navarre Beach. Add the following likes: Wonderful 180 degree vista like view. We watched the sunset and sunrise very clearly without leaving the unit. Large wrap around balcony. Many floor length windows let in plentiful light to an oversize condo (3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen, separate laundry area, large living area. It is quiet. You only hear the waves on the beach.

United States of Americait needed some TLC with upkeep from the owners and the housekeeping team! There we’re dirty diapers in the closet and lots of mold and mildew in all of the bathrooms, otherwise it was great!
Hopefully we will be able to return next year! love the corner room with the suite❤️
