Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast was a total disaster. Way too small room and tables, very disorganised, it takes way too long to serve you and despite the good intention, total lack of professionalism. We waited very long, food was brought without cutlery and napkin (twice in two days). Very, very disappointing and way below par for a five stars hotel.
Great location, new facility, overall a very pleasant modern hotel with nice furniture, beautiful views over the river, clean, well cared for, and with friendly people at the front desk and very nice and helpful cleaning staff.

United StatesThe security person on duty, a Ms. Friday put my bags in the wrong room. It took 45 minutes to find my bags. She had my wife so nervous, and her explanation was so vague. She exhibited a no big deal attitude, that i found to be alarming! I missed my dinner reservations because of her actions.
The Pendry DC is a well appointed hotel, in a great location.The rooms were very clean, and modern.

NetherlandsThe bar on the ground floor has a nice atmosphere and they have a few good diner option, but it closes way too early (around 8:00 PM), why?! Breakfast and other meals and drinks at the bar (ground floor and as well as the rooftop) are somewhat high in price, but very good quality. You do not have to go there, there are a lot of options at the Wharf.
We loved everything about this hotel. Very nice and tasteful decor. Pleasant ambiance. Very good size room and especially the bathroom. Everything you need in the room, bathrobe, steamer for your clothes, coffee machine. Everything was super clean and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely go back when we would stay in Washington. And special thanks to Isidora for the amusing chat and extra attention to our anniversary!

United StatesThe facility itself looks clean, we stumbled across a sock under the sink that was missed during cleaning of previous guest (?)..which will make you think of other cleanings that may have been missed/overlooked.
The design of the room was very unique. The pool area was very nice and for our 25th wedding anniversary they provided wine, chocolate covered strawberries which was nice. The shower unit was excellent.

GermanyThe only thing we found too much was the somewhat strange pool lounger costs and the fact that the wellness centre has made the opening hours very flexible.
It was a wonderful stay here. The staff, from the manager to the pool staff were simply excellent and very friendly and helpful. Everyone at reception was really great too. We had the bikes to ride twice, very good. The room was great with a great view of the harbour. All in all, a great stay.

United StatesRooms were a bit on the small side for the Money. The door to the shower conflicts with the door into the bathroom. They were still fantastic but the 2 queen rooms didn’t have a lot of room for a desk or other area to do work. Bar area in room is small.
The location was fantastic. Property still smelled new. Nespresso in room coffee was great.

United StatesThere was only one small trashcan in the hotel room, tucked way back in the bathroom. We found this to be annoying. The bed was ultra hard and the pillows were so large and puffy you couldn't sleep on them. There were 2 sinks yet only 1 handsoap sort of just put in the middle. It would have been nice if each sink had it's own designated hand soap so it didn't look like they were skimping on basic toiletries. The coffee maker didn't work and only dripped out a few drops at a time so this was a disappointment. There were no blankets in the closet in the room, which is provided even in a very cheap hotel, so we had to ask for one to be brought up.
The breakfast brought to our room was delicious and met our expectations. The room was spacious and nice looking. Overall it looked like an upscale hotel room and bathroom. It was nice that the entrance to the room had a sort of entry way room. The bar downstairs was nice and had a romantic ambiance so we ate lunch there and enjoyed our food, drinks and time there. The greeting and checkin was very nice, everyone was really lovely and kind. They even brough us a welcome cocktail and waters.
