Didn’t like our view. We looked at what I think was the courtyard. It was just a big green space. Would have preferred a better view for the price. Parking was unclear. We didn’t know if we had an assigned space or not. Had to send message to figure that out.

Penthouse was very nice. Very clean. Nice location.

The concierge had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for the key fob, and didn't seem very interested in figuring it out. If people didn't come out of the nearby offices to assist, I don't think I would've gotten the key fob.

    The location was awesome!

Too many things.... The front desk staff were so rude and abrasive. The pool, which was the REASON we booked the room was closed from 5pm Friday to Monday morning (our entire stay basically)...when I asked the host why they didn't inform us they tried to blame it on a recent tornado, that was 30 minutes away. I sent a sign of the building rules posted that says pool hours, proving the tornado had nothing to do with it ...and host didn't even apologize or take responsibility for not knowing their own buildings rules. The main elevator to the parking ramp- was reserved for a tenet moving out all day on Saturday. We again we NOT informed of this. This meant that every time we came and went from out room we had to take a very lengthy walk to the other end of the building to get to the other elevator, down to the main floor and then OUT of the building and 2 blocks down to other entrance. This was horrible at 8 am when I tried to take my dog out for a walk to the dog park and got stuck walking around the entire building outside to get back in....when I asked the fronts desk about this... " well we notify everyone." We were not informed. If we had just been notified so I would not have gotten stuck outside at 8 am in my jammies that would have helped the situation. I have feet issues as well so all this extra unexpected walking was literally painful to me. I went out in slides for a short walk (the the dog area on 3rd floor) and had to walk about 15 minutes to get to there. Sounds weird to even type it. I would have worn sneakers if I knew I had that far to go. We ran out of toilet paper and had to wait over an hour and a half for more, in the morning, for a family of 4. Then found out the person bringing it was literally in the same building. Half of the grills were roped off for no use. The dog park had all these orange cones everywhere because half of the floating floor is broken. Not that this affected us using it...

The dog park in the building amenities were awesome, perfect for my not very social dog to learn how to be around others. The room was very clean. Free wine and snacks was a nice addition. The tenants in the building are very welcoming. The city was so fun. Excellent location. Many bars and great restaurants around !!
