Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no swimming pool they removed it ( we didn’t know and we were upset) and we thought that we will get a breakfast at least but there was no breakfast that was bad too
I like it , staff was really kind and helpful every thing was clean and perfect in the rooms , the price was great and the location is perfect to go in a trip to Oregon stores and restaurants

The pillows were uncomfortable, but only because I didn’t realize they were tucked into the case making them tight. I figured out the night before that you gotta shake them open lol
It’s close to everything and meet our needs for the price. Everyone there was so nice!

The tv in my room was pretty old and all spanish and too small to watch, the microwave was pretty weak but ok.

For the price I have no complaints
Pretty much a basic hotel room. Much nicer than a Motel 6. Very friendly staff. Convenient location for Beaverton area. Good value for what it is.

Noisy as all hell, upstairs was stomping and being load till 3 am and did not respond to request to quiet down. Shower water was all over the place from ice cold to unbearably hot constantly throughout the shower. Furniture(cabinet door) was falling apart. Limited parking near room. I was lucky and got a spot semi near room.
Beds were comfy and room was a good size and was easy to access. Staff was super friendly

It was NOISY. Super thin walls. I could hear the guy upstairs and on both sides of me. The pool had been filled with cement. He swapped my king bed for a queen - which was fine but I wonder if there was a price difference.
The price was right and it was clean. The location was easy to find an access. It was hot and the air conditioner was good - not too noisy. The flooring had been swapped out for lament.

The upstairs person was very noisy.

Things that were noticeable: the chairs that were in the room was clearly dated (office chairs that were coming apart but still functional just the seats were peeling), not sure if this is just a motel thing but there was a slight smell that wasn't the best when I first entered the room, the shower curtain wasn't really stopping the shower water from escaping and the shower head was not at a height that comfortably accommodates taller guests, im 6'1 and i had to bend down to comfortably shower.
Things that were noticeably pleasant and accommodating: Clean fridge, clean drawers, clean tabletop for computer etc, clean bathroom and toiletries, small but inclusive lotion and shampoo provided.

No continental breakfast, there was coffee in the room and at front desk.
The employees were friendly, the room and grounds were clean and tidy. It was a central location close to travel and convenient. The air conditioning unit in the room worked great but was noisy. You could tell that they took pride and making sure their facility grounds were safe and appealing.
