The room wasn't clean..so we went to Walmart n bought stuff to clean our room.. the building needs some upkeep ..there were some things like the curtain torn in bedroom hanging part way down.. n remote with no backs n stuff left from last guests like hair ties..again how we know they hadn't clean the room. Among sand on the couch n floors.. yes we know were on the beach..but I shouldn't be feeling sand on the floors n when I sit down when I first get to my room .n water dripping down on ya outside ya door.This part i give a 5

I love the view from our room..and I mean your right on the beach .I love we had two pools a bar .. like 4 tubes..and all that. I love the staff very friendly people..I love your not far from most places u want to visit while your there this part i give a 10 outta 10

Big, solid, locked window where the door to the balcony once was. Couldn't hear the waves or feel the ocean breeze. For this reason alone, we won't be back. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

No room cleaning at all, had to search down fresh towels every day, no hand soap in the bathrooms. No dish soap in the kitchen. Outside was unimpressive and property was in north Myrtle Beach which cost a fortune to get to shopping and airport!

Nice rooms and mostly well stocked. Nice beach access and nice pool although the second pool remained closed our whole stay.

No ceiling fan in the bedroom:( the outside is a little ran down and the elevators definitely need updating. Also lots of people left their dog poop and never picked it up so there’s was lots of smooshed dog poop and bugs bc of it outside:/

It was perfect for me, my boyfriend, and my dog❤️ loved the balcony and little kitchen it had everything we needed!

I didn’t Like the exchange of the sheets and towels. The sheets, They smell clean, but they were dingy there was an odor in the stairwell and trash was on the stairs

The view from the balcony was awesome I like the private bathroom and I like the kitchen that was supplied with everything you need

Our card was double charged the day after we got there, along with others as well (as we were told) and it took from Sunday until Wed essay to get the money back. We even told the staff that it depleted our vacation money and we had 4 kids who wanted to do different activities while at the beach plus we had to travel back home to VA. We ended up having to try to find someone to borrow money from just to make it through and ended up leaving early because we were out of funds and honestly was ready to go home after being worried about money each day instead of enjoying our vacation.

The room we had fit our entire family and it was nice not to be crammed.

The one thing I didn’t like was using the jacuzzi. I got in for like 2 min and got ambushed by 5 people who didn’t read the jacuzzi rules for only one family, one couple, or one person allowed .

The property is a bit dated and could really use a renovation. An update would definitely make a difference. Also, while not a deal breaker, it would be more convenient if the TV were visible from the bed.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and access to two pools made it even better

That the room was dirty when I got there

The location and the view from my room was amazing. The staff was wonderful. Everyone treated me kind and respectful. My only issue I had was the room was dirty. It was not cleaned properly. The sheets however, were clean on the bed, but the room was dirty. there were dirty utensils in the holder sitting on top of the refrigerator. The windows were filthy, dirty inside and out, and I understand that in the winter time the windows get dirty, but it looked like it had not been cleaned in months moving forward. I would love to stay there again. I just hope that they will correct this issue.

The kitchen looked like it was from the 90s except for the stove. Only complaint is they don't tell you which rooms are ocean front and which are ocean view. We got ocean view but it was still fine. Staff didn't tell cleaners we had late check out. Had to turn them away twice. Also it's North Myrtle so driving anywhere is at least 20 minutes.

It is definitely an old building and looks bad from the outside, but our unit was nice. Newer furniture and stove. Pull out couch was nice. Bathroom was fine and I appreciated it had an exhaust fan, most hotels don't. Staff were also accommodating. Late check out was only $25! Great deal to enjoy more time at the beach.

Everything and everybody was good except for the lady who works in the laundry where you go trade in your dirty room towels for clean ones cause they don’t clean your room during your stay. She was rude to us. And the weed smoking neighbors.

We got the one bedroom. Plenty of room. Beach front with patio and jetted tub. Room could be updated a little but we were satisfied and comfortable. Was worth what we paid to stay there.
