No hot water at the sink (none even came out of the faucet when the handle was turned to hot), brown staining and mold spots on bottom of shower curtain. We were on upper floor at the farthest west room, but only the middle staircase was accessible. (Not the one closest to our room) The others were blocked off. The one that was open was dripping water from above since a guy was powerwashing the upper deck. He did pause his sprayer as we walked beneath, but we still had to dodge all the water that was coming down.

No water for room. No pop for sale. No coffee in room. No hangars in room. Setting up tv stations was too complex and time-consuming. No comfortable sitting chair; just an uncomfortable desk chair.

Breakfast had a good variety. Good location with great view of bay. Clean comfortable bed. Safe bath & shower with bars.

Carpet in room was filthy and the “queen” bed (barely full size) was incredibly uncomfortable. Also the bathroom area had little or no area to arrange toiletries and no shelf in the shower to put shower accessories.

The bathroom was spacy but the bath area was really dirty. Shower curtain looked outdated and the floor was stained.

The room looked great s soon a I opened the door and the tv was had almost all the channels and apps for entertainment.

It wasn't the cleanest. We requested a king room and received 2 twin beds pushed together instead. That was really disappointing. The floors also weren't very clean and had a residue on them.

Not a fan of the newer check in procedures that require you to scan your ID and credit card ahead of your stay. This needs to be optional or reconsidered. It doesn't feel safe to scan these documents. I would rather take a few minutes at actual check in to have ID verified for room payment. This current format would make me consider staying elsewhere.

Room was comfortable and as expected. Easy parking. Great location. We brought our own in room coffee supplies for first coffee of the morning however did walk over and enjoy breakfast that was included - tried the waffles and they were great! Good breakfast selection.

Out of date. Wasn't worth the price. Better off staying across the street at the newer hotel with pool/hot tub for the same price. Tub didn't drain, standing water while you showered. Figured out the door did not lock on the outside the morning after we got there. They did come & had to replace the whole knob/lock.

Tv streaming kept cutting in out and programs would just shut down , then take 5-10 mins to reboot. Shower was very week great water flow but not much pressure at all from shower head….may need a new light in the spout to feed shower line. Plenty of flow to room just no shower pressure which is not acceptable

Great beds and massage option was relaxing. Free food option is great and very rare these days with good quality. Front desk young man very personable.

Advertise free cafe food breakfast to 6 pm but no food or beverage could be taken out of locked room. Wanted to at least take my coffee out. Our room was not in main building but down the hill in what they called the lodge away from the food room.

NO COFFEE MAKER IN OUR ROOM! the tv situation was a joke that needs handled. we were also way away from breakfast would be nice if was close to everyone if you dont want to add a maker in the room one other thing I paid on booking and when I get there he said rooms paid but was asked for a credit card just incase smoking or damages which we don't smoke and not worried about any of that BUT when I walk around and it was 299.00 if they smell smoke then see other fines if you do other things then I see people smoking walking by our room walking in thier room then throwing it out did worry me that I could be charged for others mistakes kinda felt they was trying to take extra from people and I get it about the smoking but 299.00 when I know how they clean after really kinda out there.

although the beds are updated and AMAZING the room needed to be updated. light bulbs flickering or out furntiure needs updating cleanliness of bathroom needs attention. soaps are mis labeled and uncertain of what was shampoo and what was soap as they are all in dispensors. not a fan of this as they are not sanitary and anyone has access to them. we always travel with our own for this exacr reason. chair in room was terribly stained and table sticky and one bed did not have remote. staff was not accommodating about room availability and blamed it on booking com

New beds are great Great convenience for area activities having food to nibble on most of the day is great and a nice convenience although its a LOT of processed foods. This was our 2nd stay at the property. we returned because our first stay was very nice. this stay left a bit to be desired and staff member we encountered this time seemed less than happy to be there. maybe it was a fluke and hopefully they will be working on more upgrades to match the beds. the adjustable beds are very comfortable

The bathroom floor was dirty. Especially behind the toilet and in corners. Room floor was swept clean but I spilled some water and when I wiped it up dirt came with it.

Beds with massage were clean and comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and professional.
