We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe waffle machine broke on me and that was very embarrassing. Come to find out, the young girl before me had been tugging on it the wrong way. Her mother apologized to me later. But it was still embarrassing cause everyone in the restaurant was talking about me and pointing and staring.. Thank God for one kind lady who helped me and she didn't even work there. Once that thing broke waffle batter just kept coming and coming. It was awful but not Drury's Hotels fault. Finally an employee came out and said I got this no worries. And he cleaned every bit. And he brought a new waffle batter machine out within 15 minutes
A wonderful breakfast and dinner wow that's amazing. And the food is good. We have stayed here at least 4 times. We keep coming back because it is a great place and a great value. Especially when you figure in free breakfast and free dinner.

The customer service by all staff.......including maid service is incredible. Enough to make us return alone. But it helps that the rooms are clean. Free dinner and breakfast and drinks. All the way around super excellent. The only hotel we will stay at, as long as there us a location near our destination. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!!!
