It took me a hour of standing outside my room. to finally get ahold of someone that could tell me my access code. Resending the message that didn’t have it instead of just giving me the access code that was not in the message.

The room provided everything you could need. Beautiful view, nice patio. clear instructions for check in check out.

Bathroom had hair in tub and on floor rest of place was good. Guy at desk got us our wristbands and parking tag otherwise not to helpful.

Location, bed ok, did not cook there but it had what was needed. Security personnel were friendly and the only ones around to ask questions from.

the night we arrived the elevators were not working so we had to walk about to the 4th floor with all of our luggage. the silverware in the drawer was very visibly dirty.

We only stayed one night and had to pay $55 for a parking pass which i think should be included with your stay.

The door code stopped working the next day after we arrived, and after waiting 20 minutes, we had to get a pass code from the front desk. Maintenance never showed up.

The beachside location was beautiful, the condo was very clean, and super cute. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, splash pad, and kiddie pool. Also, the rental company was very accommodating and quick to answer my text messages, no matter the hour.

We had an issue for a couple of days with the shower and all water faucets as the water pressure was not working nor was the hot water in the shower or sinks so we had to take cold showers and use our friends condo! :( Vacasa staff was amazing at getting the help we needed in a timely manner!

I loved how convenient it was to all the restaurants and activities!! I loved how friendly Vacasa staff was and how quick the process was to fix the issues that were going on within our condo

Due to Covid I had brought some of my own cleaning supplies, and THANK GOODNESS!! I used a Mr. Cean first on the tub and there was so much scum coming off it was nasty, I only wished I hadn't forgotten my gloves. The door had years of filth on them, some places I could get others I couldn't get it off, and one area I couldn't tell if it was facial matter or someone's bronzer let on the bathroom door?? Not to mention the simple stuff like why didn't the refrigerator light work and could you put something in the room's description like extra firm bed - not everyone's body can handle that. I bought a broom and left it there because a vacuum doesn't fully clean sand. This is truly my fault, but the pictures were very misleading of the size of the room (again that's my fault). I thought I was booking up from out last stay at another Pheonix, the Pheonix West II, since we are trying to find a condo to purchase. After this stay we feel that if cracks in the tub, faucets that are hard for people with arthritis to turn on, a table of 4 that you truly cannot use instead of providing an adequate table, and no customer service other than the service workers while your there may not be the place we want to purchase a few condos at for and our kids.
