I wished it had a tv in the bedroom, and our parking space had been taken by the people in the A cabin, they were suppose to park in front of the cabin, but everything else was great 😊

When we arrived the only thing I was not to happy about was that the place did not look clean, there was dirt on the sofa like someone had stepped on top of it, there was a lot of dust in other places. Another thing is that please be mindful that if you stay In the bottom part of the cabin you can hear the foot steps of the other families staying above you.

Loved the location. Just what we needed for family of 4.

The only thing was parking. We had very rude neighbors that cursed me about parking in there spot, when there were signs. That clearly stated no specific parking.

The pools and the fact that it was everything that was promised on the booking.

The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The pillows on the main bed need replaced. No utensils for BBQ grill. The noise from tenants upstairs was bad. The kitchen table legs are not level. TBle wobbles.

There is a ridiculous age requirement of 25 when everywhere else is 21 and even 18 and when we tried to get in contact with the owners for days they refused to answer. We were also excited to use the hot tub and was one of the main reasons we chose this location but were unable to use it. Along with that, there was a couple who sounded to be around middle aged who were very loud and kept their outside lights on up until 1 am

Getting the key from lock box was difficult and the box wouldn't lock back up. The remotes needed batteries; no on-site mgr. Noisy upper unit - could hear everything.

The cabin was pretty much what I expected upon arrival. It was clean but clearly needed some maintenance in a few areas.

My husband and I were on this trip to relax but we did no such thing. I didn't realize when I booked this cabin that it was a downstairs. The people on the top were loud and noisy. This wasn't just regular noise they were bouncing a basketball and at 2:00 in the morning they were up stomping on the floor as loud as they could. We have booked rooms at the beach with college kids surrounding us that never made this much noise so you can only imagine. Even after reaching out to the owner it continued. Tried to contact the owner again she never responded. The second day we were there it was raining we left and came back to a puddle in the middle of the floor where the rain had ran down the porch inside the door and into the floor. We called to report it they sent no one down to try to fix it so we spent the rest of our trip in water trying to avoid it. I bet you if somebody would sue them they would start to be more helpful. They need to actually put on the room details that it's a very noisy room and the parking is horrible. The people that rented the cabin next door was pissed that we had parked in their spot because we couldn't get into our spot and this was all by accident. So if you rent this room do it at your own risk because they will not reach out to try to help you. So glad to be back home to actually finally rest.

It was clean. That's were it starts and stops.
