There was no place to put personal items like bathroom kit or luggage. Had to operate off the floor.

The room was clean as was the facility. The bed was comfortable. Great location for outdoor activities.

I only had one problem - when I looked in the mini-fridge in my room - hoping they had given me a couple of bottles of water - not only did I find no water - but I found the dinner left-overs from the prior guest - so housekeeping forgot to clean out the fridge.

It’s not as much as “not like”, they just didn’t have it together 100% yet. The owner called me asking how I got his phone # that’s posted on the front door. There was a gallon of sunny d in the fridge. There was no toilet paper when I arrived. They were really nice when the lefty was singing loudly after 9pm, they asked her to stop.

Location was good but a lot of weird people hanging out out front the building. I took a picture of the outside cuz I thought it was pretty and some guy yelled “who you taking a picture of”, not you dude. Room smelt really nice and the blankets were clean.

The mattress was a little thin and uncomfortable, needs hand towels and wash rags and enough towels for number of people coming maybe a Lil too much noise up stairs at night. Need screens for the windows maybe a hooked rack for a jacket or keys and some space in the bathroom to set toiletries maybe some coffee k cups and such

Paid for room upgrade and free breakfast but there was no breakfast. The coffee maker didn't work, so I couldn't even make coffee...some people were very loud, which made it hard to sleep. Although there are quiet times posted, people were up and loud all throughout the night

it said it had a breakfast included but the ‘breakfast area’ had a Keurig & pods and 3 individual cereal packs and some granola bars. there was no creamer for the coffee and no milk for the cereal. also a separate ‘cleaning’ fee when I think it should all be together in the price.

the location was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. I like that it had tile flooring and no carpet.

The property smelled a little like cigarettes.

It was a nice place to sleep while we were visiting for our honeymoon. It was fairly close to state parks and restaurants. The owner reached out to us around our check in time to make sure we got into the building and our room alright.

The room was a little cold for us when we arrived. We adjusted by shutting the vent in our room.

It is exactly what we needed, no frills, just a quiet private comfy place to sleep and shower. Owner was very nice and available by phone. He checked on us when we arrived. He offered a discount at his restaurant for dinner. The place was clean and quiet.

Breakfast was lacking, there were some noises at night. Fans in the room would be a plus since you can't control the temperature. We were also not given the room number, and since it is self check-in we had to figure it out.

830 pm till 130 am both nights kid running hallway knocking on doors. People arguing, laughing, talking so loud . We couldn't sleep

We didn’t see a single other guest or employee during our stay, but 7 guestrooms sharing a single bathroom might have been a challenge if the property had been fully booked. It worked out fine for us. The building is quite close to the street and our room faced the street, so we could hear traffic, but it was mostly quiet. It would have been nice to have some control over the thermostat and there were a lot of air fresheners masking old odors.

Prior to arrival, the host texted door codes. The room was large and comfortable and the entire facility was clean. The area felt safe; the sheriff’s department is right across the street. There is a shared kitchen and breakfast area.
