Extremely clean, comfy beds & very friendly hosting staff.

The staff was polite, friendly, and very accommodating. The Wi-Fi was excellent. I like that coffee was available 24 hours. Perfect location to the iThink Financial Amphitheater. I don't know about breakfast, because we slept in. We will most definitely stay there again if we go to another concert at the amphitheater as it is well within walking distance.

Went to a concert at iTHINK Financial and it was the perfect location to walk there. No need for uber!

From the name, honestly I thought this was going to be a 'motel' in every sense of the word. That could not have been further from the truth. The moment we checked in, your staff was absolutely friendly as could be with the most welcoming smile. The room itself was fantastically spacious and clean...to the point where I commented to my partner you could smell the freshly laundered sheets. We were just there a night because we were attending a concert, but would absolutely stay again for a longer time if the opportunity came up.

Small nitpick, while the bed was comfortable (I like a firm mattress), the pillows could have been better. Overall they were just a little flat, even when doubled up.

Location is great for the amphitheater and near lots of restaurants and stores. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The blankets are very thin and there were no tissues. Also, the staff cleaning the room next to us at 9am woke us up because it was very loud. Other than those minor things, we had no complaints.

Wow. What a quick check-in process! They had everything waiting for us. Took less than 5 minutes. Room was right next to where we parked. The amenities were basic but appropriate for the room rate. Incredibly clean room/front office/hallways. Walking distance to the iThink Amphitheater.

The room was lit weirdly, as in, it looked like the fluorescent lights of a hospital, which made the property feel a little cheap. I would have also like to see a bit more personality in the room. While I appreciated how basic and simplistic everything was for our 1 night stay, it did feel a bit impersonal and boring.

The location was wonderful, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my experience positive. I especially appreciated how the manager was genuinely eager to assist me with the check-in process, showing great understanding of my scheduling issues. Their compassionate support made a real difference during my stay.

Went to go to a concert at the iThink amphitheater. The host (or owner?) of the hotel suggested we walk, best idea ever! We saved the parking or Uber money and the extra wait. Nice walk!
