I like the location and the views of the ocean

Breakfast could use some huge improvements. Ensuring there is enough food and restocking consistently. I also didnt like that I verified twice that the hotel was aware that this trip for a birthday celebration, they ensured me the room would be set up with a special gift, even at check in, just to get to the room and it not be. They did make it right by bringing by wine, a birthday card and extra snacks but it took away the whole surprise element.

Large and comfortable room. Great staff, super helpful and polite. Great location: close enough to downtown and to the beach, but far enough for more quiet. Also easy on-site parking is a plus.

I really like our room. It had 2 bathrooms which was nice. We had an amazing ocean view. The property was also pet friendly. The beach below was quiet and not crowded.

Ocean access would be difficult for some, probably about 3 flights of stairs.

The location, amenities, and hot breakfast daily.

House keeping services were not provided every day and we waited almost three days to have our room cleaned, and that was after we had requested to have it cleaned. Garbage was spoiling over and we had to take it out ourselves and find cans outside to place it in. We had to keep calling the front desk for more towels and supplies. The towels also seemed to run out quickly by the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was clean and the room had a very nice view from the front patio on the ocean. We like that it had several things to do for our sons like ping pong, boogie boards, electric bikes as well as a waahing machine that works with coins. We would like to mention Sahar, the very friendly and kind gentleman at reception, who gave us a very warm welcome.

The sofabed was not that comfortable.

I loved the breakfast which had a little bit of everything. We enjoyed the pool although there were no towels for us. And lastly we had a great time at the fire pits.

That there wasn’t restocked pool towels.

Double bedroom suite. Lovely suite decorated comfy. Loads of games to play . Short walk to beach . And breakfast fantastic, rented 2 electric bike for 1 hour for reel

The beach disappointing , hotel

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with queen beds and courtyard views but were upgraded to king beds with sea view. The room was spacious and the kids loved the sports deck with all the activities. We also enjoyed the pool and loved the hot tub jacuzzi especially when the weather was a bit chilly. Overall, we had a really nice and enjoyable stay!

It was a quite a long walk to downtown Pismo but if you have a car, then it’s only a short drive. We like that breakfast was included in the rates but could do with a bit more variety and things like pastries and fruits always seem to run out before the end of the breakfast time.

We staid on the 3rd floor and had a sea view. The balcony was lovely. The rooms are big and super clean. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sunset was awesome. You could borrow body boards and chairs for the beach, which was great. Breakfast was ok. The pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Having plan to stay only 1 night. Hotel was simply great , I would love to plan more nights

The beds were very uncomfortable and the room wasn’t like the picture I booked. It said ground level and ended up on the second floor even though I booked because of handicap needs
