    Very clean and comfortable beds

Don't like the check in process. Having to provide a picture of ID and then picture with ID and person was annoying. When we got property there is no desk. Someone has to call up and they come down to you.

Love the cleanliness and the apartment is very nice. Staff is super polite and helpful as well. This was my second stay here. Area is safe, and building is very secure.

I booked a room for 28 days but had to extend my stay, which was arranged with management prior to the weekend. I was told I could stay in the same room. I then left for the weekend and returned to find I was my locked out. They made me move all my things to a different room at 1:30 in the morning, even thought the room I was currently in was not booked! Place is way overpriced too.

Way too expensive for what you get

I loved the security and the apartment was very clean well kept and modern

I didn’t like the check in process, there is no WiFi in the parking garage so there is no way to use your app to get in the building I had to press the silver button and someone had to let me in and give me a key fob.

    Very comfortable

We did not like the instructions to find the building. We booked in Australia and arrived by hire car. We did not know the name of the building. Had to stop and ask motel nearby. Then, I found the car park. Guy in the car park told us to go to level 6. So confusing. It wasn't until the next day that we found the front entrance. Instructions and sinage are very poor. Information on public transport would have been good.

Beautiful property. Best stay and will return.

I only wish the subway station was closer.

    the location is good

The property lacked a visible signboard, making it difficult to locate. The check-in process was extremely challenging due to all doors being locked and the absence of a parking space during check-in. Additionally, the kitchen was not clean."

A fantastic location for Audi Field and the apartment was great! Fully equipped kitchen is a nice touch, especially if you're staying a little longer.

Getting into the apartment and sorting out parking is a little complex! Be sure to check out all the details beforehand so you can get a head start on the logistics.

Great location! Easy walk the National's games. It was a quick Uber to the monuments. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. Definitely a great value! Everything was new and clean! Staff were great! We would stay again for sure because of the location and value for the price.

It was tricky to find! We missed some of the regular amenities that come with hotel stays, such vending/ice/snack shop options. The hotel did not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap like most do. Also, would have liked a thicker/darkening blind.

The room itself was fantastic. Two months old. A large space, full kitchen, w/d. Very close to the venue I need to be near. Staff was very helpful.

The booking process after Booking.com was awful. They wanted so much personal information. It was very unclear where I was supposed to park. I was told that since they were a "pop up hotel" they could only use minimal signage. It took 30 minutes to figure out the parking. As far as check in, there was no information at all. I only found out there was a check in room from another guest who was also struggling with parking. The parking wound up costing $70!! Crazy. So there needs to be better info in Bokking.com for properties like this.

Location was great for my trip needs. Clean spaces. Lovely apartment space. Kitchen was stocked in our room which made everything easy to eat in.

Upon arrival, there was no parking in front of building and due to a Soccer game at the stadium, the parking garage was being used for paid parking. I was shuffled in by parking attendants and sent to use stairs. Big mixup. Had to get staff to come let me in and then attempt to locate my car again. It was quite frustrating. I assumed based off my stay at regular hotels that the door automatically locks when it closes no matter if your coming or going. I was not aware that you had to use your FOB to allow the latch to be in the locked position. I had my door unlocked unknowingly for the first night. Which I wasn't too concerned with because tou cannot access the elevator to go anywhere in the building without having a FOB for the elevators. So people cant just walk in off the streets. But I wish I would've known when I checked in.

Location was perfect - we were there for the rugby double-header, and it's practically next door. Room was ready early, so we could check in before we left for the match.

I called about parking and was told there was plenty of street parking. However, not so - perhaps because of the rugby match. We ended up paying $75 to park across the street, but should have reserved parking at Placemaker.

I liked the location because I had an event at Nationals Park but in terms of location to other DC attractions, there are better options if you want to walk/take public transport easily. Having a full kitchen was really nice so that is a plus if you don’t want to eat out. Also the staff worked quickly to get my issues resolved so I am grateful for that.

You needed an app to enter the building, parking deck, work the elevators, and get into your room and the app wasn’t always reliable. My room was not fully cleaned when I checked in - the floors were dirty, the bathroom didn’t look wiped down at all and there were small hairs still left in the sink. It made me very uncomfortable but staff was able to switch my room. For the price I would have expected four/five star quality but instead it was like a 2 star experience at best.
