The kitchen stove had only one small burner that worked and the dish drying rack was dirty. There was no broom, no scrubber for pots and only one kitchen towel. Otherwise, it was well equipped.

The location and amenities were great! It was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Also, conveniently located to highway and stores.

The room was not ready at the agreed check-in time of 4 pm. We'd had a long trip to get there and were keen to check in on time!

We had to evacuate do to a tsunami and were not able to use the first night because we were stuck up the mountain until almost midight.

The place was great with all of the amenities of a small apartment. The pool and hot tub were great.

The airconditioning was very loud and not very powerful and did not reach the bedroom. The pullout couch was uneven. We ended up sleeping: mom and two girls in the bed away from the A/C noise, and dad on the couch (not pulled out) to stay near the A/C to stay cool. There were only two pool towels available. The staff hand delivered more once the laundry was done, so that was really really nice, but it was just really late by then and we didn't need them anymore...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains. We were steps away from the pool where we spent our entire first day. Because there are multiple pools at this property, we had "our" pool all to ourselves!

The lanai was not usable due to facing the highway with auto noise and fumes.

Location is great. Units are dated and those facing the highway make the lanai practically useless.

The property looks very different from the pictures, rooms decorated according 1970 and lack of painting, you can smell the humidity, the bathroom isn't nice, overpriced and disappointing

Fabulous little find after being let down by the owner of 2417 OceanFront Condos! Very helpful staff at checkin and whilst decor was a little dated the location more than makes up for this. Walking distance to beach (non swimmable when we were there), great set of shops and restaurants and even into town. Can hire a cycle from the local market and ride the boardwalk for miles! Spacious room and an adequate sofa bed - a little thin and can feel the springs. Cannot beat value for money - each set of buildings had there own pool (a little chilly) , spa and dedicated carpark. We had K building which was furthest away from reception and right on the corner which made it an extremely quiet location.

The rooms could use upgrading. Everything else was pretty good. The room had an oven, but no baking materials or pots and pans.

The location was extremely convenient. We had a wonderful view. It was quiet. We were able to check in earlier than expected. The young lady at the front desk was genuinely pleasant.

Check in is late - 4 PM - and check out is a bit early - 11 AM. Fortunately we were allowed to stay until noon. AC was rather loud but it offered good white noise.

Apartment had all the comforts we needed. Located very near shops and restaurants and just across the street from the ocean with a lovely beach walk a minute away.

Pool was cooler than last time I stayed and the jets were not working in hot tub. Provide more clean towels, soaps, shampoo, TP, etc up front so guests don’t have to ask when run out … 3 people stayed 4 nights.

This is the place I come back to in Kauai! Location in Kapaa is perfect for taking sunrise pictures on the beach then a quick walk to Coconut Market for Kona coffee. I appreciated getting to prepare meals in the kitchen - adequately stocked! Mayacia made our stay great!

I wish there were bathrooms or changing rooms with shower at the pool/ hot tub. The TVs did not have instructions for using the remotes or explaining channels available etc. There were only 2 coffee packets for a 3 night stay.

Work trip with event at the Sheraton and the Plantation Hale was an affordable alternative right next door. The property is spacious and has all of the conveniences of a home away from home.

Unable to get TV to work on the second night. Worked fine the first night but on second kept getting a message " no signal" Also unable to connect to the internet. No sticker in room and couldn't get system to modem to provide any info. For people who are not tech savvy it makes it difficult.

Highway is behind the property and noisy. Very basic, kitchen equipment is too basic. Swimming pool with tons of smelly chlorine.

Great location, in between Wiamea and North shore. Relatively clean. Has a kitchen, so we saved on breakfafts. We did not spend much time in the hotel anyway.
