The location and amenities were great! It was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Also, conveniently located to highway and stores.

The kitchen stove had only one small burner that worked and the dish drying rack was dirty. There was no broom, no scrubber for pots and only one kitchen towel. Otherwise, it was well equipped.

The pools and hot tub were great! Excellent location to explore the island. It was great to have a full kitchen.

The room was not ready at the agreed check-in time of 4 pm. We'd had a long trip to get there and were keen to check in on time!

Surroundings

Old furniture, no light in the room, no facilities, They charged us extra $75 for checking out an hour later without calling at 11 and saying that would be extra. Beach was not really good for swimming cos it has concrete blocks of reef maybe

The place was great with all of the amenities of a small apartment. The pool and hot tub were great.

We had to evacuate do to a tsunami and were not able to use the first night because we were stuck up the mountain until almost midight.

Flexible check in, we arrived when check in was already closed. They gave us the room code and facility code so we didn't have to wait until the morning. No house keeping, gotta keep the room clean yourself, so it felt like home, it even had a washer and drier. It was walking distance to everything, shopping, groceries, restaurants, even a pharmacy.

I can hear the neighbor upstairs walking around. Either he had heavy steps or the ceilings were just thin.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains. We were steps away from the pool where we spent our entire first day. Because there are multiple pools at this property, we had "our" pool all to ourselves!

The airconditioning was very loud and not very powerful and did not reach the bedroom. The pullout couch was uneven. We ended up sleeping: mom and two girls in the bed away from the A/C noise, and dad on the couch (not pulled out) to stay near the A/C to stay cool. There were only two pool towels available. The staff hand delivered more once the laundry was done, so that was really really nice, but it was just really late by then and we didn't need them anymore...

Beautiful by the beach

I spent a lot of money on this vacation and what I didn't like was the fact that I needed this quiet time but the construction work that was being done made me so upset so loud and no quiet. Practically everyday why they couldn't put us in a different part of the hotel idk. Knowing there were going to be construction and to put us there is very rude especially paying such a price.

My group and I enjoyed the kitchen space and the balcony.

No daily house keeping for stays of under 7 days. We had to ask for fresh towels ourselves.

Everything was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and had much needed quiet time. Thank you for the beautiful location and most of all the staff was amazing. They always had smiles on their faces. Thank you

We loved everything. Can't wait for our next trip. We will be staying here.
