Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No hose on to rinse the sand off before going in the room. I dont like leaving it a mess while I'm staying in a room for days nor leaving it a mess for the maids. Also there was some sad in the pool.
Didn't eat but my husband was not a fan of breakfast

Room has microwave ,refit. Large room ,Bed was hard ,bed frame with metal make a lot of noise when get in or out . Bed sheet much like sand in it

The room was still a bit warm even though we had the ac unit set super low. The whole facility could use a solid renovation and especially the bathrooms in the rooms.

Pool water could be a little cleaner though but not too bad.
Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking if you count the grass area. The facility is mostly well kept. It's a plus that they have a swimming pool so the kids can have extra activities.

It needs a lot of renovations with drywall repairs, and appliance work. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the kitchen much with cooking meals because the large refrigerator was not working so we had a very small refrigerator to put drinks in only. And that was a bit of a disappointment.

The shower could have more colder water. The bed could be more softer. Hard to find parking spot near your room at the end of the night.

The pool and jacuzzi were dirty. We didn't get in. Breakfast was not good, we ate elsewhere.
Beds were comfortable, room was good size, easy to move around in, shower had great pressure for a hotel.

Our room had a mold smell. The bathroom wasn't completely clean and the floors had lots of sand when we arrived. I didn't complain too much since it was affordable for the stay. And the location was great. I just couldn't believe that people are allowed to smoke outside the room doors. There was on couple smoking the devil's lettuce and smell was coming into our room. That's not the hotel's fault it was the people that were there.
Loved the location, free breakfast and staff was friendly.

Could hear dog barking and whining next door
Easy access to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Room had sofa, comfy beds, mini frig/freezer. Pool area is nice. Standard hotel breakfast. Staff was very pleasant.

Called down to the front desk around 11pm to handle loud "neighbors", to no resolution. Mold on the lampshades. Being so close to the water, it makes sense, but for the price it should've been mold free.

It was the cleanest for how much we paid. Stains all over the walls and I hated what they at least didn’t clean the floors during our stay since they didn’t have turn down service

Beds were very uncomfortable. Tub was dirty. Shower curtain smelled stale. Lots of garbage left by people outside of rooms, in the parking lot, on the grass. Stairs were not user friendly for someone with knee and back issues. Railing not high enough.

The refrigerator did not keep our food cold so it all ended up spoiling. If you book the apartment it is on the second floor and no elevator. I didn’t realize these were more like condos instead of a hotel so no room service and you have to switch out your towels and take out the trash which is no problem I just didn’t realize it. It worked for our family but for the cost I probably will stay somewhere else next time because like the others said it is run down. But for the most part comfortable.
Good location and the dinner table and chair were comfortable. Good amount of pots and pans.
