mattress was super soft and squeaky. place was outdated, TV were not smart, and lots of spiderwebs in the bathroom. the indoor pool walls need to be cleaned, a bit green. not hygienic. need at least one restaurant onsite.

The pool was too far from the living quarters, but I understand why it is like that. It just didn't work out for me. Now I know what to expect. The linen and towels need to be inspected periodically. Too much spots and stains, especially on the towels. I called the front desk about some stains on the comforter, and the girl is telling me that they are fully booked and have no more available comforters. I politely asked her if she thought that it was fair to us. A new and clean one was sent over within the hour, and I appreciated it.

Very comfortable and cozy. I loved the fact that we had 3 full bathrooms plus a jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook, and it was spanking clean. I loved the place and would surely go back. If you need time away just to unwind, this is the place to be.

Rita at the front desk was very helpful. I had requested that our 3 villas be as close as possible, and she did her best to make it happen. VON was also helpful, and there was another young man at the desk who also helped check our group of special needs adults in.

Check in person didn't tell us our room was on Shawnee property so we drove around lost for 20 minutes. I had to vacuum up fingernail clippings and there was someone's dirty bra under the bed.

It was not clean, there was dust everywhere, especially behind the beds. The dinner table table was "sticky ", it was certainly not clean.

Very comfortable, but we had a scare the second night we were there. We were out enjoying the amenities and when we returned to the villa, there was a utility closet in the living room and that door was open, it was closed when we left and there was also a crawl space door in there that was now also open. We texted and called the front desk, we finally got thru on our cell phone the villa phone was not working. Security came and we requested an accommodations change as we did not feel safe as that crawl space remained open. It was a race against time as the front desk was closing at 11 PM and we had to go and exchange keys to go to a different unit. The security and staff were very helpful and relocated us to a different part of the Resort to a villa with no crawlspace. Considering it was two women and two children it was inconvenient but necessary to move at that time of night.

We were upgraded upon arrival, due to bad weather, there had been a black out until 20 minutes before our check in. We got accommodations in a different area where light was restored. Amenities were convenient and plenty to do. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating .

The tiles on the kitchen counter were cracked and the couch didn't have any pillows. The bathroom could have used an over the door hanger for towels. When I booked on booking.com I didn't know it was a Wyndham resort, so it was hard for us to find the check in since the address that was given didn't match up to the confirmation text. The street number didn't exist and their was no sign at said Pocono Villa Resort anywhere. Pocono Villa Resort needs a sign at the corner of Buttermilk Falls Rd. We pulled into the Wyndham resort and hoped we were at the right place!

The ammenities were very nice. Loved all of the activities that were offered. It was nice to get in to the Villa with a wristband and nice to checkout with just a text. The Villa was very clean and I appreciated that! Loved the laundry and dishwasher. The screened in porch was great.

I was amazed at the disrepair of the building. The first night we arrived I noticed discoloration on the ceiling of the bathroom and bubbles in the paint (they were full of water). I called to report. The air conditioning wasn't draining correctly. Maintenance had to come and repair -- so we left the unit. The second night there was a severe downpour; the window in the kitchen started spewing water onto the floor. We had planned on leaving for dinner, but water was flooding the floor of the kitchen! Towels and large pots held under the water caught most before it reached the carpet. The drainage in the screen area had plugged and was leaking into the unit. We had planned on leaving but had to wait for maintenance to come and repair -- if we hadn't the carpet would have gotten soaked and the kitchen baseboards peeled and water warped worse than they already are. Both of these events had adverse effects on our plans. Once I started looking . . . the gutters were full and flowing over almost everywhere, PLANTS GROWING in them, rotting the balsam wood railings, which had bare patched wood nailed in to reinforce. There were other things, but I've spent enough time on this.

For the price, this was really a very good deal. The location was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. The staff was responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, excellent pillows. Excellent kitchen! A washer and dryer with a couple load soaps. Dish Network rather than a Smart TV is frustratingly dated. Brittany at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Persio on the maintenance staff was professional and thorough. Last, I stopped a worker driving through in a company van to ask what I should do with my garbage as the bins in front of my unit were overflowing. His name was Bill and he was very helpful and friendly.

It would've been helpful to know that its a limit on the number of devices that can be used for the wifi & after 4 devices you have to pay.

The location-the villa was super nice, We also enjoyed the pool both indoor and outdoor & the basketball court.

First unit (non smoking) smelled terribly of cigarette smoke despite having been “cleaned”. Dingy, old, dirty couches. Once we politely told the staff we weren’t interested in sitting through the presentation, they were cold and not helpful. We weren’t given a map or told how to find our unit. We weren’t told about any of the protocols (how to leave unit upon check out) etc.

Second unit that we were given was updated and clean.

The sound didn't work on the tv in the bedroom with the double beds. There as only 1 bar of soap in the entire villa. The carpets were dirty. I thought there would be grills for cooking out. I was expecting a screened porch (but the porch was still nice).

I liked the location of the villa. It was close to everything and yet out of the way and fairly quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We saw a variety of wildlife.

Got back the one day from being out all day and someone was parked in my assigned parking spot. You can’t even call down to the office you have to text phone service sucks so when I texted them, I told them about it and they said security knew about it. They didn’t even make the person move or even give that other person, a ticket that I know ofso I had to park in somebody else’s spot and was hoping and praying I didn’t get in trouble for it. I also need to put blinds in the bedroom because it was so bright. I could barely sleep or should I say curtains not blinds and the beds were so tiny and uncomfortable

I liked the pool and how nice the staff were upfront except for the lady when I checked out, she was very rude to me. When I told her about there was cracks in the kitchen floor. I’ll just let security know.

The stairs in this unit are steep for someone with knee issues. The coffee pot didn't work and the homes are too close to eachother.

The accommodations were good however this particular villa was the far walk from all amenities. This has walking trails and is a quiet section.

Check in was annoying since they requested each house to have a designated person there. One room was infested with ants and wasps and it took over 2 hours to get our guests a new room. AC systems do not cool 2nd floor levels so they had to bring us fans. They refused to grant us later check out to accommodate us for our troubles.

Pretty much everything. The suite was dirty (we ended up cleaning it when getting there after a 13+ hour drive from GA just because it was gross and we couldn't relax, and we found food on the floor with mold growing on it), beds were uncomfortable, the master shower was ridiculously small (had to shut off water just to wash your body and still hit your arms on the walls-you'd be better off showering in the locker rooms), barely any water pressure, and only ONE outlet worked in the master bedroom, and the plugs wouldn't stay in so we had to find a way to hold them in. The dishwasher only washed on the bottom rack, and even still never came clean, so we had to handwash all the dishes we used. Not fun when you're supposed to be on vacation and there are 6 of you. There were no curtains and the blinds sucked, so the sun shined through windows early...so even if you wanted to sleep in, it wasn't going to happen. We left a day early and forfeited the cost of the last night just so we didn't have to stay there any longer, that's how bad it was. I'm not a picky person, and usually I can overlook a few things because as a family that travels often, we understand there will be some hiccups....but this is the ONE time I felt I had to leave a review for others...it wasn't even close to worth the money and was probably the worst place we've ever stayed.

Aside from the fact that the pool was decent, there wasn't too much to like.
