We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Condo was great! The only complaint is that we booked through Booking.com & were not told that we had to check in at the office before arriving at the property. Having to leave the condo to go back into town was an inconvenience we had not counted on. But that was the only negative of the entire weekend!

I really liked the are and the amenities. We have teenagers who loved the pool and basketball court and walked there every evening.

United States of AmericaThere could be more supplies, ie, laudry soap, only a half a small pack was left, also a second set of bath towels with washclothes, and another 1-2 coffee packs. The sink dripped and the faucet handle was difficult to find a position to prevent a flow and noise at night.
Did not eat breakfast. Kitchen was equipped well and simple also. Staff at the grill created a neighborhood community atmosphere. There was an ease in the set up in the entry, that made organization for quickly getting ready for what ever the day brought. Very Efficient. Loved the combination lock, not hard to remember for entry and exits that were brief. Choices of furnishings were clean with an easy decor.

United States of AmericaCouldn’t ever connect to internet. No elevator making it difficult to take stuff up three sets of stairs when your located on Third floor, the addition of an elevator or lift would nice. Checking in is at a different location a couple of miles away.
It was clean, pool area was spacious, both pools were clean. The kids loved it.

The coffee pot only made two cups, and only two prefilled coffee filters for a three bedroom condo hosting multiple adults. The photos of the unit shown online didn't match the unit we stayed at. The code to access the property wasn't given to me, I had to guess.
The unit was very clean. Great location. Would stay again.

United States of AmericaCarpet was very dirty, patio door lock was broke ,they had a flimsy bar to lock it. Cabinet was bout to fall off the wall , couch was old and had a big rip in it, not enough towels , trash bags, toilet paper in the room, we told maintenance about how dirty the carpet was ,he didn't seem to concerned, internet would not work. They sent someone to look at it, he came back and left a note, never came back. Very noisy people above us ! I have been going to Branson for the last 50 years. Since I was a kid, this is prolly the worse taken care room we've stayed in. My kids had rooms in a different building their rooms were nice. For such a expensive price that I paid that 2 bedroom condo was not worth it !!

The swimming pool water was extremely murky - the pool attendant said it's that way all the time - has never been crystal clear in the years he's been there (they need to consult a professional, this condition is unacceptable and very correctable)

United States of AmericaWell we were sent an email from Book.com that we were to report to the front gate upon late arrival, plus I provided a pretty concise arrival time. When we got to the gate the guard was extremely unhelpful when she informed us we had to go several miles to get our check information. When we returned she was more helpful after I mentioned to the person who checked us in about her behavior. The swimming pool was cloudy both days we swam, which burned my grandkids eyes. The pool is not lite well enough either.
It was a much older unit, but functional. The grounds were very nice.

United States of AmericaCondo was very clean, but had an odor, not sure if it was musty or smokers! Towels also stiff and musty odor. The cleanliness was our number 1 requirement and that was a 10, but wish we had some Lysol or odor spray. recommend ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.
