Only complaint is the high ceiling fan had a huge spider web in it so we had to find a broom to get the spider outside.

The hotel is right on the water which is perfect. Excellent spot to be near by pleases to eat, local shopping and within good driving distances to do a few tourist things within 30 minute frame.

Breakfast was on a Grab and Go and basis ..It was served at the small lobby area. There was no place to put your tray aside while you collected your food or drink. No table nor island of any kind. No place to eat except only two tables outside located in between building were was always very windy. The building does not have elevator so guests have to carry they trays with food and coffee to their rooms. We were on a third floor so it was very inconvenient . The stairs were dirty with spills of drinks that people carried to their rooms. The breakfast room also was lucking a toaster and plain bread or beagles and butter for people who don't eat meat, cheese and eggs.

We had large, clean, modern decorated room on a third floor with high ceiling. Nice view of the Bay. Bed was not very comfortable but was OK. Wi-Fi wasn't working well.

Very small shower, stayed on 2nd floor so loud footsteps of kids running back and forth early in the morning. Very shallow for a long way out so if like to swim 🏊 you have to go very far out.

Cheap gross plastic shower curtain is what separates bathroom from bedroom, Needs new paint in the rooms, you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs (which are not great steal and creaky stairs) with your luggage in the heat, zero filtered water or beverages available aside from a soda vending machine that only takes cash. Room was spacious with a nice view but so overpriced at $500 a night in summer!

Great location and wonderful view from all rooms. But very overpriced for what it actually is… I get it waterfront in N MI summer is $$$ but I would pay a little more and stay elsewhere..

The shower was tiny and it was hard to keep the water inside the area. More towels could of been given and refreshed.

Bath tubs in the middle of the room no privacy , blankets are slight if you like to sleep in a cool room . Little flys came through the crack next to ac when we left light on at night.

Maintenance in room needed improvement. Air conditioning fan was loud, so we turned it off. Glad it wasn’t 90 degrees. Not as close to town as I hoped.

The view of Grand Traverse Bay beautiful. Plenty of chairs out by the lake. Cute balcony for two. Elevator made third floor doable.

The pool is a bit small but I understand there is a lake right there. Breakfast was little limited on options.

Access to the beach was great. The fire pits on the beach were great. I like the option of a pool.

Our unit was very worn out and was not clean in some areas. Some of the pictures are misleading online. No blue umbrella beach chairs, breakfast is not great (cereals and bars), small pool enclosure with concrete maintenance needed. High price for our pre-booked midweek stay during July, when their sign out front advertised a walk in mid week special price. We should have not pre-booked, and just walked in!

The location and beach were wonderful. The beach and yard are private and felt safe. The beach is groomed daily and the pool was clean. The room was spacious and we enjoyed our private patio on the ground floor. The view, the flower pots around the property and sunsets were wonderful. The bed was comfortable.
